      I filled out the form on the Mepco website requesting cancellation and a refund back in December of 2023. I have contacted ***** who collects the money but they are passing the buck onto Trinity pelican and Dealer's Loyalty Protection. I notified them that Trinity Pelican does not longer exist and the phone number is incorrect but they didn't want to help me. I saw online that Trinity Pelican is now Trinity Auto sales with no phone number. This company Trinity Auto sales owes me my refund. They are the ones who have collected my money since 12/14/2021.

      I cancelled this on 8/1/2023. I have not received a refund. I have never used this policy, Contacted Metco @ **********, They referred me to Trinity & the Number has been disconnected. I am a senior & paid this auto coverage faithfully & now I'm out of over $2700. Now what do I do? Please help!!! Call me at **************. Thank you *************************.

      The employee ***** is haudy, rude talks over the customer. This company did not honor a valid claim after verbally approving the claim by phone after they sent a denial of claim by email. Would not honor the verbal approval. They are very sketchy wishy washy company do not buy policy. They will linger you on until you are unable to cancel your policy for a refund. They will cancel but not refund your deposit. Scam to get you reeled in thinking your vehicle is covered for repairs then turn around and tell you that you should have inspected your vehicle before you bought it because your vehicle had a pre existing condition. Isnt this why people buy warranty policies, to cover used cars in case you bought a lemon? Well this company will not approve claims on used vehicles and they said they would do an inspection on my car but never did one and just denied the claim for pre existing condition without even looking at it lol. How they concluded that? So they dont pay out 3-4k on a repair that your policy was supposed to cover. They approved my claim just long enough for the 30 day expiration to expire for a refund then send a denial and hang up on you, talk over you, belittle you and tell you that you should have gotten an inspection on your vehicle by a mechanic before you bought it. ******************* up on me a few times and would not listen to the customer myself nor my guy of the entire situation nor refund me the $273.96 I paid to have this policy for 49 days with no resolution and my car still not fixed and he was sooo very very disrespectful and rude I hope no other will encounter such an experience. The least they should have done was refunded me the $273.96 for all the misleading information. I would have been satisfied but instead he said your not getting a ***** refunded and hung up on me. Buyer be ware. Do not buy a policy from Trinity Auto Services LLC!!!

      On June 10th, 2022. I received a phone call from Trinity Auto Services LLC. We discussed purchasing an insurance policy (contract ***************** to cover mechanical issues with my 2013 **** F-150. I agreed to purchase the insurance policy, but after thinking about it decided that the policy price of $4703 (to be paid in 15 monthly installments) for ************************************************************ My reason for concern was that the payments are frontloaded within the first 15 months at the rate of $295/month left me vulnerable. Should Trinity decide to go out of business after 15 payments, I would be left without coverage during the remaining 45 months of the insurance policy. This seemed resemble a scam.On 8 August, I sent a written cancellation form to Dealer ******************* who was the vendor for this insurance policy. The instructions in the policy booklet I received from dealer loyalty stated that written cancelation should be sent to: Dealer ******************* **** That same day, I received an email back from dealer loyalty that my cancellation request was received.On, 24 August I called Dealer Loyalty to follow up on a refund for my 1st two payments of $295 (paid to Trinity Auto Services) and $293.57 (Paid to Mepco). Dealer Loyalty stated that I need to contact Trinity Auto Services. On the same day, I contacted Trinity Auto Serv and spoke with *****. I told him that I needed to follow up on my cancellation of the insurance contract and the refund. He stated that he knew nothing about the written cancellation that I sent in on 8 August, and immediately attempted to persuade me not to cancel. I stated that I had made my decision. After he agreed to cancel the policy, I asked about my refund. He stated that he could not refund any of my money, since it was past 30 days of purchase. I asked who had the ability to refund my money and he stated that he was the final decision maker.

      To whom this may concern my name is *****************, I was charged $100.00 on 6.1.22 by Trinity auto services LLC and $194.55 by a company named MEPCO who bills for Trinity Automotive LLC both were unauthorized.When I purchased my warranty I was told I had one month to cancel from the original date of purchase 6.1.22. I canceled on 7.1.22.I want a full refund this company is very unprofessional and rude in my opinion they are shady.The sales team and customer service reps are very unprofessional, today I called today at 1:09 pm and asked to speak to a manager which the customer service representative refused to transfer the call or give me a name or contact to a manager.At 1:23 pm I received a call from ************* from a deranged man who claimed to be a manager who threaten to come to my house which I assume was to commit violence.

      May 20th 2022 I received a call about an expired car warranty on a car I have never owned. I register my phone number on the federal Do Not Call list in 2009 so I went along with the conversation to gather more information about the company.I provided a down payment of $295 to "reinstate" the coverage. Two calls later and I finally received an email with the name of the company. Shortly after, I emailed them to cancel and get a refund. I also provided evidence that I was on the *** list. In return the company block my number in order for me not to call back and ignore and did not acknowledge their violation of the **** I had to call from another number and their customer service agent refused to transfer the call to a supervisor but did acknowledge that my policy was cancelled and refunded after initially telling me I was not suppose to email them. Finally the CS agent did acknowledge she was going to have a supervisor call me back but from experience in this industry. I probably wont hear back. I will have to get the attorney general involve for their violation and using out of the country servers to call inside the US.

      I called to cancel my plan within the 30 days allowable. First they argued with me about cancelling my purchase for $295. Then they curtly said it was cancelled and that I would see a reversal of charges within ***** days. **************** rep would not give me his name nor any type of confirmation that the policy was cancelled. They will not send me any record of this conversation to prove that I called to cancel it. So I'm just supposed to wait until the refund may arrive?

      I singled on to this company on 11/2/2021with the initial phone call I was charged ****** to sign upon Dec *********************************************************************************** to call back on Dec 23rd to file a claim because she didnt want it to get denied before my Initial payment was dueI waited until the 23rd of Dec and called back to file my claima week went by I started making phone calls along with keeping in contact with the ******* **** dealership in ****** TXthey were not correspondent with myself or the dealershipI had been making phone calls twice a week to check the status of my claim and was informed that ****** (manager) said he was not paying what the dealership asking pricethe dealership had made more then 3 adjustments to help me out with my claim to get the balance down to ******** to be informed on Jan 5 that my claim was denied and they will not be paying for my car and the company cancelled my policyafter weeks of waiting with missing work I feel that I should be compensated of my lost wages and to have my car fixed

      My father was contacted by this company offering auto warranty . My father is an elderly person who was taken advantage by this company by being mis led by them saying they were ****** selling auto warranty. The next day when my father told me about it we called their customer service number and asked what the process was to cancel and they said the number we were calling would help. I told them we would like to cancel and that's when the agent turned nasty saying we would not be able to cancel unless we waited 7 days when we received the contract by mail. Called him back literally less than 24 hours. my father has a language barrier and he was taken advantage by this company . The company they work with ***** Loyalty has a F rating with the BBB already. The Agent went on to say since I don't have power of attorney he doesn't even need to talk to me. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY BECAUSE THE ELDERLY ARE THOSE ONLY WHO WOULD NEED POWER OF ATTORNEY. beware stay away
