    Very horrible and inexperienced customer service representatives. Inorder to have my number transferred to a replacement sim, after Iosing my phone, I was told I have to wait thirty (30) very long & stressful days. A number that I had over 20 years (originally from T-mobile) and a "valuable" ultra mobile customer for over 11 years. A representative changed my email without informing me that the email will have to be on file for 30 days inorder to be valid. I even went as far as taking my ID and my credit card on file to an authorized ultra mobile dealer to verify my identity. When the dealer contacted ultra mobile on my behalf, the situation was still unresolved.

    The customer services of ********************************************** is very ingorant and untrained, it is very very terrible, it wasted my time and energy. For changing a plan from Flex to regular, I needed to call four times, and a weird thing was different agents told me different solutions, which caused me to place an order for a sim card and to cancel it, and to buy another one, then asked me to cancel it again. Most of the agents of Ultral Mobile deserve to be blamed, are b****** guys/girls.

    F'ing horrible customer support. Criminal because they refuse to refund you for their incompetence. American CEO and his investors is getting rich off of outsourced customer service in the *********** with employees that no not give a ****, know they are being paid less, and enjoy s******* over American customers.. Not one of 10 calls promised were ever made back to me. Put up every unreasonable barrier to porting out my number. They hold your number hostage. *** will be filed. I had to sue **** Mobile and they are now compensating me, Didn't know this was the same company. They hang up on you once they get tired of hearing your complaints about how incompetent they are. Takes 10 calls to make any progress. I will be suing these aholes for conversion of my money.. NEVER PAY THEM FOR 6 MONTHS. THEY WILL SHUT YOUR SERVICE OFF AND NOT REFUND. IT IX A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION.

    If you call them from the number that has their service they will never pick up the phone. The only time they answer is when you are buying their service.They pretend being cheap but in reality they steal the time they promised. You pay for 3 months, they promise 4 month but what you really get is 2 months and nobody to talk about it.When you want to get out you need your account number and your pin but this you can't get because they transfer you to nonexciting department and you heat click and that means that you lost your number and your money.The person who owns this company sounds like he is from former soviet union and that should tell you everything.

    I lost my SIM Card while abroad and I immediately requested a replacement SIM. Ultramobile made is impossible to activate my replacement SIM: In order to activate the new SIM Card, I need to receive a temporary PIN verification code at my "Original SIM Card." Seriously like what is the point?? May be the $3 PayGo Plan is a cheap option to maintain your phone number, certainly not worth the hassle when things go wrong. Never again.

    Very very bad service company I had my 5g not working and then my service is cut off after one day of payment called them told me they will fix it in 48 hours what a rip off

    Horrible almost nonexistent customer service. I tried their one month trial and was charged after it expired. I contacted them via their subpar chat service to have the charge reversed. Well, they refused to do so. However, the customer service rep assured me that he removed my payment method so that I wouldn't be charged again. Well, guess what. I was charged again. Turns out my payment method wasn't removed and customer service agent LIED. Go with a cellphone service that values customer service and not ******************** (i.e. ********************** Ripoff).

    I have seen the worst refund policy from Ultra and their customer reps are not consistent with their statements. 2 years back I bought a $3 plan for my school kid since her usage is very less and to enable monthly auto pay their system expects a minimum amount of $5. From this amount they use $3 for monthly recharge and the remaining amount goes to account wallet. The wallet amount can't be used to recharge, it can be used only to buy extra minutes or data. When I spoke to the customer rep in 2020 while enable autopay on what will happen to the amount in the wallet when I cancel the service, I was told that the amount will get refunded. Now, after 2 years the wallet accumulated around $60 and when I decided to cancel the service and on checking about the refund, I was told by the customer rep that they can't refund. I feel like cheated and this seems like a scam. They should either allow customers to recharge as owr the plan amount or should have provisions to pay back the extra amount. Anyone planning to buy should be extra careful. Once the money is debited then it's almost gone.

    I have never heard or this company! I woak up this morning and saw that I had been charged ***** 3 times. I'm very upset about this!! Now because of bad security or hackers I have to go to my bank and cancel my card as well as report the charges and the company. This is ridiculous!!! Definitely not what I expected to have to deal with this morning. This is unacceptable!!
