      I placed an order with RVCA on 12/30/25. After receiving the items, I submitted a return/refund request through the RVCA customer service page on their website. Following the brands instructions, I returned the items via *****, and they were delivered back to RVCA on 1/15/25. However, my refund of $604.42 has yet to be processed.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by calling their customer service and emailing their support team, but I have received little to no response. It has been over a month since the order was placed, two weeks since the return was delivered, and there has been a lack of communication from the company.

      Hi, i saw online on 12/02/2024 promotion 50% on all items plus free shipping with the code CYBER. I spoke with ***** he say i didnt what i was talking about and then i ask to speka woth supervisor name ****** that am confuse as the promo is only valid on select ite.s but according to the marketing promo it clearly say 50% off on all orders. This promo am trying to purchase one sweater must be honor. This is considered false advertising.

      Contacted the company directly regarding a discrepancy on a product and its pricing. The same product was posted as a sale item with the same identical, description, identical item, and product number.. however the **** that showed the item on sale showed the item out of stock however on a separate **** on the same internal website, they have the same item not on sale and not eligible for sale, but in stock. I contacted the sales department and basically they told me yes we have it in stock but not for sale price only full price even though one **** says its on sale out of stock and another **** says its in stock but only a full price thats not honoring and very deceptive business practice. The right thing to do would be to honor the sale price and retain the customer. But I was basically told over the phone if I wanted the item its to be full price. Then said the sale price is no longer valid even though the sale is still going on.       My last purchase with RVCA was August and posted to my credit card account August 30, 2024 for $159.61.For some reason, on September 27th my credit card account showed a pending transaction from RVCA for the same amount $159.61 although I have not purchased anything from them in over a month.This is not the first time this happened that there was a pending charge for the same amount as a previous transaction yet I had not purchased anything from them for weeks.I contacted RVCA by phone and they verified I had not made any purchases recently and told me to contact my bank which I told them they could not do anything about it since it was a pending transaction and not a charge. The issue is that there is a glitch or something going on with RVCA that they keep trying to authorize my card for an amount already paid for products I received from an order. This representative was unhelpful so I hung up and submitted a support ticket for Billing and they seem to be reading from the same script as the call **** I have been trying to ask RVCA to elevate this issue to their IT department or billing because there is NO reason for them to try to authorize my card for a purchase that was NOT made!

      I placed an order with RVCA and it auto-populated an address from a third party. I do not live in that state and didnt realize it replaced my shipping address with an incorrect one. I realized my mistake immediately and contacted RVCA and I was told sorry there is nothing we can do however we can cancel the delivery through fed ex and it will be returned to us I told them I would like to do that and I would also like to reorder if you are sure that I will be receiving my money back from that order. They assured me ( i recorded the phone call) that I will be refunded so I ordered. I called a few days later as I got a shipping notice that it was to be delivered to the incorrect address. They told me sorrywe dont guarantee that works now Im out almost $400. I contacted *** ex and they assured me that no one tried to cancel the order and there was nothing they can do either.

      I placed an order with this company on Tuesday 5/21/24. I paid $30 for 1-2 day shipping. The item still hasnt left, and its past the timeframe they give for expedited processing. Id like a refund for $30 for the shipping cost they didnt honor.

      I purchased items from RVCA *** on May 24 2023. On August 29 I realized I had never received my items. I emailed RVCA asking for an update on the order status. They did not reply. On Oct. 26 I remembered that they had never replied to me, so I sent a follow up email asking for status of my order and requesting a refund. They replied saying that I was now outside the time limit for refunds. So RVCA *** took my money, did not deliver the goods, and would not give me a refund.

      I am writing this on 12/28... Christmas was 3 days ago. I purchased a sweater from RVCA online and gave it to one of my friends for Christmas. The size was too large, I live a few hours from this individual so I contact RVCA about an exchange or return. They offer $20 under what I paid as a refund and tell me I need to send it from my location (again I am hours from her) and then I would need to purchase again with the correct size... So, I get $20 less than what I paid for the initial item... I paid $54 they are refunding me $34... so in their logic I have to now drive to her house instead of just sending a label via pdf and me getting it to her like a normal company in 2022 would do. I then get my $20 less refund and then I get to spend $54 more to get the correct size because they do not offer exchanges. This is scam, I am pretty certain this is a violation of several consumer laws and is an absolute joke of customer service.

      I made purchase of multiple exclusive, on sale items 9/12/22 with a discount code provided to health care workers (which I provided a copy of my medical license to the company to obtain). I wait patiently for 3 weeks for my package to arrive after I get a shipping confirmation. When on 9/30 I see that *** has reported my package "damaged," I reach out to the company's customer service to let them know. I am bothered by the fact that had I not been tracking my package myself, this may not have ever been noticed, as nobody reached out to me. I get a **** email stating the company would process my refund because the package was destroyed. When I ask about my coupon code, they send me a link to another code that has different terms from the one I was initially sent (not applicable to many items) and when I point this out, the company states that that is not true and tries to gaslight me into thinking my original coupon did not apply to sale items when the items I originally purchased had been on sale. I ask for my complaint to be escalated to a manager and am ignored. It is a company's responsibility to guarantee shipping of their own products. A refund is not sufficient, as I will not be able to simply re-order these limited stock items, and I have also wasted about a month waiting on something that was actually destroyed that I used an exclusive coupon code on that was supposed to be given to healthcare workers.

      On 5/19/22 I placed an online order # ********* with RVCA for two shorts. I received a packaged from RVCA on 05/24/22 with 1 short only and it was a wrong order that was supposed to have been sent to someone in **********. I'm from *****. I called customer service on 05/24/22 and they said someone would call me in the next ***** hours. I called again on 05/26/22 after 48 hours had passed because no one had called me and I requested to speak to a manager only to be told that a manager would be in contact with me shortly via phoneline. 24 hours later I'm still waiting for that call. No one seems to resilve my issue and I am now stuck with a **** for something that I don't even have.
