Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Clarity Services Inc for failing to adhere to their promises of removing inaccurate information from my file. This issue has been ongoing for years, and despite Clarity Services advising me on two separate occasions that they had removed all discrepancies, I am appalled to find that 90% of the information they said was deleted is still present, with even more inaccurate data added.The following issues need immediate attention and resolution:Inaccurate Date of Birth (DOB) Entries: Clarity Services is showing over six different DOBs, with the majority of them being incorrect and not associated with me. The only valid DOB is ****; all others must be removed immediately for security and accuracy.Incorrect Addresses: There are addresses listed in ************ and *******, where I have never lived. This information, along with ALL associated details, should be deleted immediately, as it is entirely inaccurate.Incorrect Personal Information: This includes phone numbers, emails, employers, income, and banking information, some of which are falsely attributed to Florida and are not mine. This information is not only inaccurate but poses a serious security threat. All of this must be deleted to protect my privacy and ensure the accuracy of my records.I request that Clarity Services takes immediate action to correct and delete all inaccurate information as per the assurances theyve provided in the past. I am a documented victim of identity theft and I am filing this complaint against Clarity Services due to their continued failure to lock down and opt me out of data collection and sharing.Despite reaching out to Clarity and making it clear that my personal data has been compromised, they have failed to apply a security freeze or opt-out as required under FCRA guidelines. The information included in their report on me is inaccurate and contains multiple accounts, addresses, and personal identifiers that are not mine.
