Admitted to Clear Life Recovery Jan 22, 2023. My brother paid $29K cash for 90 days since they do not accept ********* a recovery facility yet no ********* they said 29k was the discounted price ..not so sure of that either. He got a pro-rated refund of $13,000.******** is willing to accept an appeal from me to recover 30 days ( $16,000). ******** told me they'd need a summary of the charges paid for the 30 days. I have been calling and emailing over a month now, to no avail. The last call from me was last week and when i identifed myself, the person on phone duty hung up on me. Really ? Please know that i have no issue with the staff techs. i do take issue with ************ who said he worked for Jedi Recovery, but he answered the Clearlife telephone one time. He was also very arrogant with me that one time on the phone telling me that " did you think you were on vacation and staying at a luxury hotel?" WHO does that? He was the interventionist that my daughter hired at the tune of ******* and then proceeds to treat me like a nobody. i stayed at the ******************, yes, very nice but after 1 week , the dishwasher broke down, it was still out of service when i left. Ask anyone one in that house that i cleaned till i was blue in the face .. filthy. First week in, at a meeting at ********** (night) , i tripped on the garden hose that was just laying there. My knee hurt for weeks. Falling is serious for me since i had back surgery Feb 2022. NO ONE and i mean NO ONE except my little roommate asked if i was OK. Good grief. Upon return home to ************, i called the center to ask if i could get a RX for trazadone. The nurse OK'D it but never called it in !!!! i even let them know she did not. and the foul language was beyond the pale.Long story short, i need the summary of charges for the the 30 days jan 22 to feb 21, as i am hoping to recover my "little old lady money".
