  Hello,My name is Dr. *** ****** Adlur *********** and I am a practise owner at ************** in ****** , ***Having used the same pair of my designs for visions loupes for over 10 yrs I decided to upgrade and was convinced by one of your sales *** about ur company and your loupes. I ended up paying $1,535.00 for the loupes headlight and a pair of the battery pack. By far my worst spend ever.I received the loupes after several months , which I expected and was ok with it, and it was shipped on 04/10/2025 and received the loupes 2 weeks I tried the luopes and in less than 6 months it stopped working, I reached out to the customer service and I recieved a new ************************** which again did not work.I have been trying to reach the customer service for past couple of days and no response and when one lady who even picked the call .. I was explaining to them what the problem was and pretend to say hello 3 times and disconnected the call and did not even try calling back.Thats says a lot about your company and your poor product and how you try to run away from problem instead of standing by your product and solve the problems.I would like to talk or connect directly with the founder and owner of the company Dr. *** ****** about the poor quality of his product and even poor customer service.

  These lights do not last. They customer service is lacking and instead of backing their products that dont work, they want Me to work without a light until they troubleshoot the broken light they sent me less than two months ago.

  I just completed my last payment for my new loupes and my Omega Cordless Hybrid light! My quality of work has drastically improved. I can be in more ergonomically efficient and have never been more happy. The team at the ******* Dental Convention helped me and ***** was so knowledgeable and professional I felt incredibly comfortable and taken care of. ****** are a big investment and I wouldn't take my business with anyone else.

  Their customer service is superb because they have a quick turn around when you have a problem with their products. Staff are helpful in helping me get the right parts when I contacted them. Im glad that they are good at replacing parts.

  I have been using their product for quite some time but their battery only last's for 12 to 18 months **** I am near retirement so I wont buy another brand that is very expensive, so i will keep this one. My recommendation is stay away from Ultralight Optics its really junky compared to the other brands out there.

  I have 2 corded light systems. Love them. 5 batteries though and need a new cable now. I wear their light magnification all day every day. I bought a backup because repair turnaround is 2 weeks and I cant work without them. For a product used so much I am satisfied. It is not a big company. I dont like touch sensor. Kept turning off light. I heard remote headlight is troublesome too.

  Their batteries only last less than 2 years. They won't even fix it because they'll say they don't have the parts even though they make it. They force you to buy a new one afterwards for roughly $300 dollars. My ******** batteries have lasted 8 years and still going strong. Their loupes also break down constantly. I've sent my loupes in for repair 3 times while my ******** is STILL fine. Don't waste your money on this company. Look at their reviews on ******* Dozens of dentists are having the same issue.
