I contacted them about debt consolidation. I signed the contract and next day I called to cancel it. They have yet sent me a confirmation if cancel. I have decided again debt consolidation and they told me I can cancel at any time yet still no cancellation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I did receive the cancel confirmation after I contacted the BBB.

I found Lunna loans through a mailer.. I needed to take out a loan to pay off some credit cards. Approximately 20k . Lunna approved me at 4% for 5 years.. they said they would contact my credit card company and pay off my balances. Then I would make monthly payments to them of $400 which would be taken automatically from my bank ..at the time my credit score was above 720.. Now 4 months later they haven't made a single payment to any of my cards and my credit score dropped to 400.. they have taken $1600 from my account and ruined my ******************** life. I've called several times only to be given a BS story how they didn't explain how this program works and that I misunderstood.. No they completely scammed me . I took out what I believed was a simple intrest loan.. they are saying they are negotiating with my card companies.. which I never agreed to.. I would never agreed to this under any circumstances.. they bait and switched on me.. please help me shut down this crooks!!Business Response

Lunna loans offers personal loan referrals services and it seems through the network of lenders we work with you were not approved for a personal loan. It seems like you decided to sign up for a debt resolution service where you signed a contract that does mention an impact to your credit score. This was all mentioned to you before you signed the contract with them. Lunna loans does not draft from anyone's account, we can guarantee if you look at your banking transactions we are not drafting money from your account. It seems you may have had a misunderstanding about the services provided to you, we encourage you to follow up with your provider so they can further assist you in finding a solution.

Like I stated previously..I believe what I applied for was a simple intrest loan.
I in no way underage circumstances agreed to the term they claim. I am the victim of a bait and switch scam. They can say whatever they like ... what else would you expect from criminals.
