      Hello. I have switched to mintoble for cellular service two years ago. I had great service. Then they were bought out by T-Mobile and the service is sporadic and traveling around this area with reliable service from mint is not trustworthy. I call twice the first time they try something and it didn't work but I put up with it and then a couple of months later I did traveling 3 hours southwest of the state and I couldn't have consistent service, my wife ,was with me, had great service the whole trip through att's cellular service. I wanted to simply get money back for the remainder of my contract with them so I can switch to a better carrier. I called 8/20/2024 and talk to a tech named *** and he would say there is great service in my area and then I said not for me and I am living in. He replied with nothing they can do because mint doesn't give money back for my situation of spotty service. All I want is to have my money that I already paid them for future months back of I go to a better provider. No, not Mints Policy. I feel it is a breach of contract by them and I deserve my money. *** refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor when I asked he refused to answer yes or no questions. I feel violated. The "amount paid"numbers is referenced to what I paid (*****) on the contract and what they would owe (******) me if I stopped receiving service from Mint Mobile which is all I want to do. Please help, *****************

      On July 24, 2024 I purchased a SIM card thru Mint Mobile and paid 3 months ahead for unlimited service. The total was $53.55.I activated the card and account on August 7, ******** service seemed ok, but I got repeated past text messages from my Mom, daughter and friend, sometimes over 30 a day. I received a notice a few days ago that my service had reached 1 gb of data. Since that milestone the phone has terrible service. I cannot receive timely texts, calls, open any websites or even log on to my home internet.It has taken over two hours this evening to try and get someone from Mint Mobile chat or on the phone to give me my account number and PIN so I can transfer my phone back to ***** This is information not found on my app for Mint, online or with the help of the ** chat on Mint.The person I finally reached wanted to troubleshoot my service. I repeatedly asked for my account number, PIN and requested a refund. Because I used service over 7 days and my current usage, she said is now 4 gb of data, I am not eligible for a refund. I sincerely feel this is a scam. In having you pay three months ahead, not being able to access your account number or PIN and my data being artificially inflated because of the repeated text messages. Also, when you sign up it says $15/mo and doesn't tell you that after your $15/-3 month trial the price goes up to $45/mo for 3 months, unless you pay a YEAR ahead and it's $30/mo.I can't imagine I am the only consumer that has fallen for this. Any help you could provide is appreciated. I was trying to save money and now all that has happened is I've been duped. Thank you for looking into this.

      24 hours cancellation guaranteed Date of plan order: 8/15/2024 Order number: ******** First time calling ******** service: 8/16/2024 - the employee promised that I will receive an confirmation email about the cancellation and full refund in 24 hours, but I didnt receive anything so that I made a second call.Second time calling ******** service:8/17/2024 - the second time I called, I did mention that I call on 8/16, and how did the ******** service said on 8/16. - The first ******** service that I called in 8/17 said I couldnt get the refund because I am a reactive member (no a new ********). I mentioned that on 8/16, the ******** service said that I can cancel and get the full refund. Also, I mentioned that there is a 24 hours cancellation and full refund guaranteed on the mint mobile website. Therefore, she put me on hold and she find a solution when she is back. Unfortunately, the call dropped off when she try to say something. I called again - the second ******** service I called on 8/17, I mentioned that someone served me just now but the call drop off, I asked if she can transfer me to the one who serve me just now because she say there is a solution (I am worried that I need to explaining my issue again to another ******** service). However, she said she could help so she did transfer me. She said that I will 100% receive an email for confirmation of cancellation and refund this time. I told my worried to her as I got the similar promised on 8/16. She said that on 8/16 they didnt work my request well, but I will be fine on this time, she gave me a ticket number (SUPPORPM-604256). Again, I got nothing til 8/18/2024.I am tired for call but nothing help.Please help to cancel the order I placed on 8/15/2024 and get the full refund back.Thank you

      On 7/26/24 I received and tried to active phone purchased from mint moble. They couldn't activate phone I requested refund for phone and phone plan because couldn't activate phone. I was told I would receive shipping label to return device. However I was misled on this issue on 3 times of calling mint moble for return label. They denied my request each time. I can't use a phone that they can't activate. It's very frustrating I'm denied a $900 + return.

      My son lost his phone and sim card in ***** this summer. We call mint to have a replacement card and since we don't have his phone they said they can't verify his ID. We've been contacting them every day for almost a month in order to verify his ID. We are being told everyday that we they only need to make a call (to my number) and that we wil receive it within the next few hours.I tried to get a new sim since with a different number, since having a replacement card is taking so long, they won't apply the new number to the account that we already have and is paid until November 20.So the option is losing 3 months of service that are already paid for, or keep waiting until i don't know when to have a replacement card.

      Changed over to ********** early this year, they gave us 6 months free service, when it was time to renew the plan it only showed that I needed to renew the 2 line plan for $391.59, when the renewal period was over it turned out that the 2nd line would all so cost another $391.59 for 1 year, so we decided we would just go ahead and do 6 months for $198.08 for the 2nd line. A few days later we decided to just drop ********** all together because of this situation and also the service we were getting was very poor. I called ********** to cancel our account and they did credit our account for the 1st line $391.59 but NEVER received the credit for the 2nd line for $198.08.

      My phone plan with Mint Mobile never worked properly. I was able to receive text messages but not group messages or phone calls. I tried calling several times to troubleshoot but they were not able to fix the issue. They said that they couldn't connect me directly with the technical team - the technical team would need to call me, but they never called. This happened several times. After that I was told if I renew my plan for another 3 months, they would refund the $ if we couldn't get it working. I renewed the plan but today after we never got it working, I was told they would not refund me.

      I want my number back **** had this number 30 yrs paid to get it from bellsouth took it to T-Mobile then to *********** claim the number is lost n can't be retrieved yet it will e given out to another customer it doesn't make a lot of sense I would like my number found n reinstated **************** sent emails to the back office which came back void this should go through to a technical team but I was told there was none how when this is a phone service company so who handles the technical issues for the company I have asked for corp contact was refused the information by the rep **** called on this issue 12 times before i came here to this site This particular phone not is legally mine n i have a right to it to port it out whatever i wish to do with it. Cause I paid for the number 30 years ago n it has been my number up until now Mint mobile give me my number **********

      8.12 Suspension and Cancellation. If your account is deactivated due to nonpayment, your account will be in a suspended status for 60 days. If your account is not reactivated within the 60-day period, it will be cancelled. If your account is cancelled, your remaining balance will be forfeited, except as otherwise required by applicable law. For any cancelled accounts, we may reassign the phone number associated with your account, and may be unable to transfer that number to a different carrier.
