    A bunch of crooks! I ordered a shirt from them. It was never sent I payed for a route verification because I needed it by a certain date. They have no working phone number. No way of getting a hold of them. They also dont respond to emails how can this company be allowed to exist have so many ads on ******** and Instagram yet rip consumers off.

    BYLT offers quality clothing at a reasonable price. However, their customer service is truly terrible, or even worse, non-existent. After returning an item and waiting nearly a month for a refund, I reached out several times for a status. I didnt receive a confirmation email, let alone an actual response. After reading quite a few complaints on BBB with the exact same issue its pretty apparent this company couldnt care less about issue resolution or their customers. Quite the business model they have - take your money and run. It would be in their best interest to revamp their support process/team if their desire is to stay afloat. There are several companies offering similar (and superior) apparel at the same price that arent a headache to deal with. This is the first and last time Ill be doing business with BYLT. Ill also be spreading the word they are not an ethical company.

    They have great clothing but terrible customer service. I purchased a jacket as a gift that was too big. I started the exchange process by shipping back the incorrect size as instructed. I waited about 10 days and did not hear from Bylt on when my replacement would be shipping. I reached out to the company and they said that the item was actually out of stock now, and that they wouldnt be sending a replacement. I went back onto the website and the jacket was in stock in the size I needed, forcing me to repurchase the jacket at a higher price. Super disappointing!

    Ordered over $350 worth of clothes. *** was unable to deliver my package so they returned it to BYLT. The tracking number says it was returned to their headquarters 5 days ago. I have contacted BYLT many times to see how I can get this shipped back out. I will pay for the shipping. They have not responded to any of my communication. Its for a Christmas present so now Im worried it wont be here in time!

    I ordered a bomber jacket from them Two months ago. They still have not delivered the item. Customer complaints go unanswered. The company appears to be a scam.

    **************** is terrible!! Order was wrong and have yet to receive any information about how to resolve the issue and its been 2+ weeks. Highly disappointed in this company.

    I was SO excited to get my fianc clothes from Bylt for his birthday. He never spends money on himself and has had his eye on this brand for a while. I ordered over $100 worth of clothes (which is easy to do, theyre expensive) and I accidentally gave the wrong mailing address because I just moved. Yes, that was totally my fault. BUT I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to help me replace my order. I dont want to spend twice the amount of money for the same amount of things, but it looks like thats what Ill have to do to get my man his presents in time. But that will be the last time I ever purchase from Bylt. Nonexistent customer service and waste of money. Dont shop here.

    BYLT BASICS does not care about their customers, they only care about their bottom line and that is ripping people off! I bought a pair of pants for my son in law for his birthdayt that cost over $120.00 and unfortunately, they were one size too small. After several emails to BYLT, we finally got a response from one of their employees, who told us "not to return the pants and that BYLT would send us a new pair of pants one size larger". More than a month went by and we did not receive the new pants, so my son in law sent BYLT multiple emails over the next month asking for an update but his emails were never answered, until finally over two months later he heard from a BYLT employee who told him that "we did need to return the original pants that we purchased and the reason given was "because BYLT changed their rules and now the pants must be returned". So, we returned the pants and the tracking from **** said that they delivered the pants to BYLT. Unfortunately, after we mailed the pants back to BYLT, they never sent us the new pants that they promised to send us. Even worse, they won't return our current emails and there is no way to call their customer service **** because they don't list a phone number for their company. This company is a farse, a fake, a dishonest company. Potential customers need to be warned to watch out for BYLT's poor business practices and terrible customer service.

    I've placed a few orders with BYLT Premium Basics this year (2022). In all but 1 case, the company has experienced delays in their shipping. They will take your money right away, but feed you typical canned customer service responses via email (the only way to contact the company) to keep you quiet for a few more days. On my latest order of July 28th 2022, it's been 10 days and I get nothing but crickets when I reach out to the company for status. I have a couple of their shirts and they aren't bad products for the money, especially if you can find them on sale, but their warehousing/shipping process just doesn't inspire much confidence to raise them to a higher bar, much less a higher star. After 35 years serving in the Air Force supply chain/logistics career field, and if Linkedin is correct, I can say that *************************, BYLT's Logistics Analyst, needs to analyze what is definitely her company's Achilles Heel. She's definitely not doing her job. If she's trying, the company is obviously feeling some pain elsewhere in their structure. This is just not how a company wishing to stay relevant treats their customers. And a word to *****************...if I provided BYLT logistics performance/customer focus to my supported military units, I would quickly find myself unemployed. If you want your company to succeed, fix this.

    There seems to be no real person to resolve issues in BYLT's customer service team. Watch out! If you return, exchange, or don't receive an order, DO NOT count on this company to do good business and care about your issue. They only seem to care about receiving your money.The many similar posts on the BBB proves it.My boyfriend and I order a pair of joggers that ended up being a material we didn't expect so we followed the process to exchange them for a different pair of pants. We had a notification that they received the joggers that we returned, but over 2 months have gone by and we haven't received the pair we exchanged them for.I have emailed BYLT about 6 times within these last 2 months and have only received an automated response (primarily saying they'll respond in 4-5 days) even when I've escalated the issue asking for a manager or asked for a refund.
