      I bought this machine back in July of 2021 and it was the worst mistake of my life. I should have known when the rep approved us for a credit limit that we didnt qualify for that it was a bad idea, but was assured it was a good investment. Wrong. Nothing but issues since Ive had it. Its with printing white, printer heads clogging even though I follow the cleaning schedule. This company is incredibly deceptive and the product is overpriced for its capabilities. No one I know has had a good experience with this machine. I literally cant even give it away. Decided to to shut down because it was just not worth the expense, so now I have a really expensive paper weight in my basement that Ill be making payments on for the rest of my life.

But we never received the follow up call from you. We would love to assist you with any issues you may have. Please call our tech support queue ************ option 2.

      As for a refund your sales contract does not allow refunds or returns after the sale.

      Garment Printer Ink is the worst.This company is the worst! They don't honor their warranties, their technicians (*****) don't know their equipment, it takes months to get replacement parts because they refuse to communicate (email or phone) and they are scam artists all while you lose money and business. Do not buy from them.

      I bought a Ricoh DTG printer during the last part of the month in Dec 2020. This printer has never worked properly. I have thousands of dollars in buying more parts, print heads, ink, parts and even hiring employees to solely work on it. We have emailed and called multiple times. Our problems are never resolved. All I want is my money back but nobody will help. We have spent so much time trying to get it running. I have yet to get one shirt out of it. We had orders from clients and had to refund their money. Im about to take legal action. I have purchased printers for over 20 years. I have never seen something like this. Any other brand I have bought from would have flown out here to fix the problem and credited me all of the wasted money added to the original purchase. Ricoh is a horrible company and should be shut down.

      The company I purchased the printer from is no longer a 3rd party for Ricoh. I have sent multiple requests for them to take care of our issues since my original purchase but we never were able to get them resolved before we were informed that they are no longer affiliated with Ricoh. I am asking Ricoh to refund my money and take back the printer. I have lost faith that this printer will ever work properly. If Ricoh wants to send a technician out to fix it I would be open to that option if there is a guarantee it will stay up and running. I also feel that I should be refunded for all the additional expenses I have in it trying to fix the problem that has yet to be resolved.

      Purchased a direct to garment printer in March of 2021. First down machine ticket was filed with the distributor in April of 2021, I have yet to have one full week of production on the machine since purchase date. Company will not respond to requests to help with technical support, and have indicated they will not refund and have made no effort to replace the equipment.

      I purchased our machine in January of 2019 for $15,825. We have had nothing but problems, expenses and frustration ever since. I have a full record of emails exchanged. The machine is defective, I would call it a "lemon", however, I am aware of many others with the same issues. We have spent thousands of dollars on maintenance and repairs and ink. I could never explain all of the issues in few enough words to fit here. This is my first ever complaint against a company. I am so frustrated and upset at the whole situation. They know the product is defective. They do not have a solution but yet expect us to keep purchasing thousands of dollars of ink and parts from them to put temporary "band-aids" on. On top of all of that, they do not return calls or emails. They leave you hanging high and dry with a nearly $16k paperweight which costs hundreds per week to keep turned on since it conveniently drains its ink which you must keep replenished to avoid failure of a $2000 part.
