We have been Timeshare owners for years and have enjoyed wonderful vacations that brought family from *********, *****, ******* and ******* together. However, our latest experience with a Timeshare presentation seemed different and after a couple of days it became apparent we had made a big mistake. The cancellation process was never brought up at the presentation and we felt trapped. We took a chance and called Centerstone Group and from the first conversation with ***, we knew we needed their help. *** asked us questions, listened to what we were feeling and a plan was put in place. When meetings were set up they always started on time, ******* patiently asked us questions that were direct, their process was fully explained and a follow-up meeting with ***** was scheduled. We never felt rushed and everything was presented professionally. This was not their first rodeo.***** was right on time. He made sure we knew his role in this process and again explained the timeline for the process and ensured we had his contact information. The whole team at Centerstone are focused on the Owner, who in good faith sought an opportunity to enjoy vacations and became burdened with increasing maintenance fees and poor accommodations. We highly recommend Centerstone and appreciate the way they do business.. Communication is always the key.
