I was under the impression True Solutions **** was going to help me cut down my student loans, but when I checked my statements there was a different company taking out money from my account for the exact amount that was supposed to go towards True Solutions **** helping me with financial relief. I've done more extensive research into this business and have discovered True Solutions **** is not a real corporation, it is a third-party scam company that gives client information and money to one ***************************. I have no idea who this is nor have I ever had any contact with a representative or knowledge of their involvement. No information on *************************** was ever disclosed. *************************** is taking money from me, yet I don't know who this company is or what their business with me entails. I was led to believe an entirely different company, True Solutions ****, was taking care of my student federal finances. I want a refund of all the money they have gotten from me, in addition to a full cancellation of all business relations with both companies.Initial Complaint

I began speaking to ********************* Sept. 20 2022 seeking loan forgiveness. They assured me they would help me with my student loan relief, when congress proposed a bill to help with student debt. The bill never went through and I never heard from ******* or this company again. They kept my initial $600 payment and Im looking for a refund.Initial Complaint

I contacted True Solution, Inc. (TSI) in October of 2020 after reading online about what they can do to help me with my student loans since I got laid off from my job. At first, I called then hung up the phone, minutes later I received a call from **** at TSI. So I called back and spoke to ****. I was stressing out about my student loans and a letter I received from a collection agency on behalf of Nelnet regarding non-payment. The further we talked, **** knew everything about me from my ssn to employment, bd, home address, bank name that is holding the Note, spouse, Nelnet since TSI should have known what was going on and monitoring Nelnet and everything that came with this phone call. I panicked wondering how could somebody know so much about me within a couple of minutes knowing I didn't give my personal information (I was stupid), but I knew I needed help or advise on how to handle my student loans thinking this so company was legit. they talked with knowledge. The pressure **** put on me and telling me how the government is double dipping. He said my payments would go towards my student loans/forgiveness, he didn't tell me in that whole conversation that I would be paying a contract to another company, HAC. I didn't realize I was talking to scam artists like TSI and ********************., (HAC) taking innocent people for their money, people who got laid off work due to the pandemic but all my payments were not going to my student loans, they were going to a company call HAC for their contract. I tried calling TSI for answers, voicemail full couldn't leave a message, tried emailing no return email. So I called HAC, they put me on hold because they were able to get in contact with TSI so they told me to call TSI because ******* (manager) was waiting for my phone call. So I spoke with ******* since **** was no longer with the so called company telling me about pay as you earn plan reapply. Gave them my password to Nelnet so that TSI can monitor. I had so many questions to ask ******* about my student loans and why I wasn't told about a contract with HAC, thinking my payments were going towards my loans. Stressed out. So I started recording our conversations. ***************************** talked with convincing words and started recording conversations I had with ******* he said I had to go with their servicers for forgiveness,. Fraud makes me sick to my stomach. Knowing all along they knew what they were doing to us innocent people, people trying to make right of making payments to our student loans and all along HAC knew as well what TSI was doing (Fraud). Still stressed out to this day. I will be filling a complaint against HAC.Initial Complaint

On 7/9/2020 I was contacted by True Solutions, LCC offering to manage my student loans and enroll me in a forgiveness program for the duration of the loan. They did manage to enroll me in the program but never followed up for the reapplication process. On February of 2023 I contacted ***************************** for updates on the process and he told me that I was fine because payments were on hold due to COVID but I needed to reapply once payments restarted and that I could contact him when the time comes. In the initial call I was promised that they would continue to handle all the applications even 10 years after signing the contract. I've been calling to every phone number they provided, wrote emails to the addresses that I previously used only to find disconnected lines and notifications of failed email deliveries. I never received notification of the business closing or no longer dealing with my situation. Attached is the contract I signed were they state that as long as I payed fees they would manage my student loans. The emails I used for this scammers was ********************************** ********************************* phone numbers ************ (busy tone), ************ ( sends you to voice mail, left various voice mails with no reply) ************ (main line, busy tone), ************ (call failed). They have pictures on ****** with the BBB sticker at their office door in CA. Many people are complaining about this business and I see no reply for the year 2023. Action needs to be taken with this scam scheme as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I believe this is a scam and would like to formally find out if it is. If so, I would like all my money back. They are meant to be helping manage my student loans and my loan forgiveness program, but I have not heard from them for months to almost a year. This company purpose was to help me with student loan forgiveness. This company reached out to me first. As long as I was paying they would answer my calls, after I stopped payment they only would call about sending in another payment. I work for the ***************** and was given a ************** Loan Forgiveness application agreement to fill out and I sent it back to them. The first company was *************** and they claimed to be a loan servicer then it switched to Federal Student *************** Services. They were supposed to take my payment out on the 17th of every month. It was very sporadic so I started questioning this and it was eventually supposed to switch to ******. I entered a payment agreement with them - True Solutions. However when I contacted ****** about this they did not know anything about these companies. My phone number has changed and so has my card number for payment. I have contacted the person in charge of my acct numerous times to no avail. I have tried calling True Solutions for over 3 months now and their phone number is always busy. I'm desperate to update my information 2ith them so I can continue to make my payments which is $95 a month. True Solutions was using the wrong expiration date for the payment so payments were getting turned down I'm going on the 4th month of non payment because I can't reach anybody regarding my loan and update of my information.
