      I have requested a repair to my laptop. After so many attempts they just told me they cannot help because it seems the unit was damaged intentionally, which it was not true at any point. I am a business woman and I did not use the electronic to play. This is what I was told: ***** ******** (******* Support) Nov 24, 2021, 13:55 PST Hello ****, Thank you for contacting EVOO support. Sorry for the delayed response, After reviewing the Laptop Screen Picture, it looks like there a Physical damage on the Screen that has caused the issue. Unfortunately Physical damage is not covered under Warranty. However we can check and help you with the Paid Service option for the repair, incase you are interested.       I purchased a evoo computer on 5/14/2020, the computer stopped working they asked that I returned the computer for repair the computer was returned to the company on 10/15/2020 I later spoke with staff there that confirmed that the computer was deemed unrepairable, they were supposed to refund my money or replace the computer, I have not received neither, I have contacted this company numerous of times concerning my refund or replacement computer, a lot of time it went by and no resolution was being made so I contacted the corporate office after contacting the corporate office I received a call and I received another email stating that I would be receiving a new computer they even gave me a order number of G W TC **** 2 bl and a case number of XXXXX this was in April of 2022 I still have not received a computer nor a refund.

      I purchased an EVOO laptop through Walmart on August 24, 2021. A month ago, my screen became physically damaged, making the laptop (and the screen) inoperable. After attempting to reach EVOO support multiple times via their website and email regarding a screen replacement (on my own dime), I finally got an answer: we cannot replace your screen, purchase a new laptop. Unsatisfied with this answer, I responded to EVOO support, inquiring about sourcing a screen from them, with no response. Being a college student, I would like to continue using this device. A $600 paperweight is less than ideal for someone on a tight budget.

      I purchased a computer on Dec.13th 2020 from *******. A little over a year later, the computer has gone into a screen that I am not able to get out off that screen. I called ******* and their policy is 30days no questions. EVOO is one year. However, there are a whole pile of individuals who are having the same issue as I am and the warranty from Evoo is one year. I think with the amount of persons having very similar issues that a class action lawsuit should be started to make these companies stand behind their products. Look online and see how many individuals are having the same issue as I am. Basically they told me I was out of luck and find a local repair man. I am not done with ******* either. They are selling a product that is known to fail. Very similar to the case with ** and their faulty compressors in the refrigerators. FYI I am going to call the BBB on Monday to see just what course of action I can take. Please let this company know that I am not happy and will be seeking reimbursement or see if a class action lawsuit can be started.

      Bought 5 laptops and have had battery issues with them. Contacted support and they have since stopped replying and I have no other recourse of action than to file a complaint in an attempt to get the laptops either replaced or get replacement batteries. I've included my email exchange with EVOO support team and the receipts that they requested. Thank you.

Those warnings alone are more than enough reason to never do business with them again.       Purchased an EVOO laptop for my kid last year June 2021. The touch pad barely works and glitches/jumps and clicks things without even touching it. Connected a mouse and had the same outcome.
