1 starAbsolutely terrible. Ordered a comforter and sham set, *** lost the package so a replacement was sent. Got the replacement and opened it to three f****** purple Freddys fright night ***** bears. Absolutely horrific and unbelievable. $300+ for a SCAM.Review fromAli H

1 starDO NOT SHOP AT PARACHUTE- THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.TLDR: No Parachute product is worth the (clearly very high) risk of them s******* it up and then boxing you out of getting any help. Unless you have hours of free time you would like to dedicate to making sure your bedding arrives and is correct, I'd shop elsewhere.I ordered 4 items. One was delivered timely, but after two weeks not receiving any tracking information on the other items, I decided to reach out to Parachute. They have no customer service phone number, their call booking system only has availability weeks away and they do not respond to their email address. I was forced to use their online chat system. Apparently, my order was "lost by the carrier" weeks ago. The agent said that in situations like these (which happen frequently), they don't automatically inform the customer items are no longer coming or provide a refund- it is entirely the customer's responsibility to navigate their labyrinth system and request a refund. Parachute knows they s**** up orders, but purposefully relies on making it almost impossible for customers to get help so that they can keep your money without ever having to deliver.I asked to speak to someone with decision-making authority about this, so I could be made whole. I was told that the only way to speak to someone is to wait for a manager to reach out to me in the next couple days. And then, assuming they reach out, which I have little confidence in based on my dealings with the Company, I then have to set up a separate later phone call - all hurdles designed specifically to get customers to give up so ********************** doesn't have to make things right. How hard is it to let customers know if their items are no longer coming? Or for a customer to get on a phone call with someone to timely and effectively address issues instead of days' worth of run arounds? Apparently too hard for Parachute.Review fromCarolyn L

1 starRelying upon a ten year warranty, I bought my Parachute mattress in 2019. Despite the ten year warranty period, five and a half years later, the center of the mattress is at least two inches deeper than the rest of the mattress. I'm literally rolling into the middle of the bed every time I get into bed at night. It's weirdly difficult to get out of bed when the sides are angled inward. This is beyond what is considered "normal" under Parachute's warranty, which defines a normal body impression as "under 1 inch below the quilt level". I'm 115 pounds and the mattress has always been used on a solid bed spring. I filed my warranty claim on January 18th and despite several follow **** have received no word - not even an acknowledgement of the claim. Truly disappointing customer service given the years of purchases I've made at this company. :(Review fromMalcolm K

1 starCriminally poor quality products - After only 4 months of owning a set of Parachutes Heirloom TENCEL Linen Sheets, the fitted sheets are literally falling to pieces from nothing other than my bodyweight. These sheets have been in rotation with others so ,in 4 months of ownership, have probably only been slept in for at most 2 months & have only been washed a handful of times. I have always washed and dried on the Lowest temperatures too, as suggested by Parachute. The company has run out of this product completely and can not offer a replacement. They have suggested me choosing another type of fitted sheet + color of my choosing but not having a matching set due to their faulty products is ludicrous. The only satisfactory solution is for me to end up with a new set of sheets for me to have a complete and matching set.Review fromMarie Jacobson N

1 starWow, sadly my experience matches the other reviewers perfectly. I purchased a full set of linen bedding (sheets, duvet, shams), pillows, and a mattress in august 2021 and couldn't have been happier when they arrived. This was the biggest purchase we made moving into our new house and it felt like a huge upgrade and a good investment. However in about a year the bedding because threadbare and began to form holes. They sent me a replacement set in Nov 22 and I carefully followed all care instructions again and that set did last slightly longer until April 24 (16 months) but still developed the exact same problem. I reached out again asking if perhaps I could try a different material since this issue has been persistent and was told there is nothing they can do. Per their own website even with daily use linen bedding should last 3-5 years not 7-16 months. Disappointed they were so unwilling to help me resolve their clearly defective/low quality product. Also spent weeks trying to get a response and got multiple different answers. Clearly they've moved to **.Review fromFred S

1 starI purchased a Percale sheet set from the Parachute website in 2021. I loved them at first and sang their praises for about a year. But, at about the 2.5 years in to using them, I noticed the fitted sheet had a thin spot and that thin spot eventually became several holes. Now, I followed all of their care instructions to a tee, always washing on gentle cycle, not using harsh detergents and rotating it with other sheets sets so they were rarely used more than once a month. Give the price seemingly good reputation, I was shocked at how quickly this sheet fell apart. I bought another set of sheets at the same time from SNOWE. They have been used as often as the Parachute sheets, but have held up much better and still feel almost new after the same amount of time. I'm pretty reasonable and don't expect sheets to last forever, but given how much they cost and their heavy marketing as a quality brand, having a sheet tear on you in less than 3 years with normal wear seems egregious. Do not waste your money on these sheets!Review fromRebecca P

1 starI have had a similar experience to many reviewers on here. I bought a set of linen sheets in December 2020 and raved about the sheets. I LOVED them and recommended Parachute and linen sheets to everyone. Bought multiple other products from them. Until spring 2024 when the fitted sheets developed massive holes in them - like other customers - despite following the provided care instructions and only using them during the cooler months. I reached out to customer service with my concerns and can only get AI automated responses denying any practical help despite request for connection to an associate. There is not even a way to leave a review on the product page which feels sketchy. I did extensive research before investing in these sheets but I wish I had thought to check this page prior as there are consistent warnings here. As someone else said, I have target sheets that have lasted way longer at a fraction of the cost. Im extremely disappointed and will no longer be a repeat customer.Review fromJenna M

1 starDo not buy their linen!! Extremely unhappy with this company. I have over $700 worth of their bedding and within 2.5 years of normal use, they have massive holes everywhere on the linen fitted sheet and linen duvet cover. I have never experienced this with sheets and there is no disclosure anywhere regarding how short lived these sheets are. Its robbery to sell poor quality bedding under a luxury price tag. I reached out to customer service and they wouldnt do anything to help, and what was even more bothersome was when I asked to share my experience via a review on their website so people were aware these expensive linen sheets last under 2.5 years, he told me I wasnt able to. Ive never been denied the ability to leave an honest review on a product. Crazy to think a company can deny an honest review that they know may not be in their favor. Shady behavior and terrible quality.Review fromMaya K

Absolutely horrendous customer service from ******* on the CX team. Their return policy is completely unethical and deceiving, making you pay $8 to return your order. This isnt clearly stated on their returns page unless you scroll all the way down to the *** section, how misleading to customers to say free shipping and easy returns. What company does this unless they have a product they cant stand by and need to nickel and dime every single customer who has an issue? NEVER buy anything from Parachute, even though Im sure we were all under the impression that they sell good quality products. I wrote an email expressing my frustrations regarding my order and needing assistance with a return. I received 0 acknowledgement for the problem I was having and only a fake happy response from *******. Horrendous customer service, do better **********************.Parachute Home
