This company is biased and allows racist comments to be allowed on their social media platform. When I report racist comments or comments targeting LGBTQ community, they are disregarded. EcomExpress Shop Code:USLC7XEL68 Ticket ID ****************** My name is *************************, I am the sole owner of EcomExpress shop on TikTok. On January 28, 2024, My TikTok shop was shut down and my payouts were paused. The violation had no option to appeal and said my payouts would he paused for up to 90 days from the date of this notice. I still have over $816.88 (see screenshot) held in this shop. My shop does not have an option to do the Jumio ID verification so my ID has been manually verified by TikTok support. This is illegal as its been way past the stated up to 90 days stated by TikTok. I have sent emails, live chats and opened multiple tickets to TikTok support and my payouts are still in pending status.Business response

There is a tiktok shop based in *****. I have a online "store," that I funded with about $17,000. It made more than that in profits, but was constantly being sent more orders than I could not pay for in advance and so customers complained. I asked to close the store and let me have my money back. The customer service refused to do so and was told to take out loans. I did. The company then loaned me ****** to conplete more orders then stopped sending me orders saying my orders were slow to be paid. I asked for my initial investment back, and the company refused to do so saying the funds were frozen. While I understand that this is a subsidiary in another country, I am writing to complain that they speak to their supervisors so I may at least get money I invested back.The is a much larger amount in the shop from profits. However, when I last invested ***** the customer service representative acted like everything was fine and as soon as orders stopped I would be able to get my funds back later. I have no idea when later is since I was told I had to pay $****** to get my 1*****.Business response
