      On August 16, 2023 I had several outlets hydro jet (among other services). When the technician tried to hydro jet the outlet from the kitchen, he stated there was a problem (the pipe was broken) and could not complete the hydro jet. He offered to give me credit of $386 to which I agreed. A couple of days later, I again looked over the receipt and realized he not only over charged me $40 but did not credit me the $386 for the hydro jet he could not perform. I called Mike Diamond and the lady I spoke to said she would translate the problem to the manager and have him call me (I have not received a call back). That was on the 18th of August. I now have a problem with my kitchen sinks backing up (which I never had before). and in order to correct the problem I have to remove the cover on the outlet outside in order for water to run off. I was not shown any broken pipe; they only used a type of sonar equipment inside my kitchen near the sink that would beep.

      Had my drain mini hydro clean (06/2021) and paid 975 for service and only lasted 10 months which is about the same amount of time when I just had the line snaked out for 99.00 the prior year. The mini hydro made no difference. He only did a snake job and had me run water through my drains. Now today, my bathroom drain is clogged again. He was more interested in getting me to replace my sewer line which was replaced in 2012 from the house with pvc pipe.
