Ive been reaching out to them about making changes to my article. They shared information on there that I did not want to be public. I tried to reach out to them several times and they have been ignoring me. I just want my article removed at this point because I dont think they are going to make anything changes.Also I think they blocked me from visiting the website. On December 12, 2024, I made a purchase through Voyager Group via VoyagerNashville Magazine. My point of contact was identified as ********* *********. I purchased three printed copies of an original "Shoutout Article" for a total of $29.77 after tax, with the first print priced at $17 and each additional copy at $5.After six weeks, I noticed that I had not received my order. Upon following up, I discovered that I had mistakenly provided an incorrect shipping address. ********* was helpful in updating my address and assured me that new copies would be printed and shipped promptly.However, after an additional three months, the articles still had not arrived. Over the weekend, I reached out to ********* again but have not yet received a response.I have since contacted the Voyager Group billing team to formally escalate this issue and am pursuing official channels to seek a resolution.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, November 12th, I paid $24.25 for prints of my article that was in the online ShoutOut LA site. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the prints. When I didn't receive them, I reached out and on January 12th, I was told again (By ***** ******), that he would have them sent again. Six weeks after that, still no prints.Then I started looking online and discovered many, many others had ordered prints and never received them. Having an article published online is free, but the scam is when they ask if you'd like to pay for prints.I told ***** that I want a refund and that I would be reporting the business here and taking them to Small Claims Court.Initial Complaint

I was contacted by ****** ******* ******************************************** from VoyageBaltimore be interviewed which was published on their website at the end of December 2024 ******************************************************************************************************************************************* 12/30/24 ****** emailed to let me know of my published interview and asked if I would like professional prints of the interview, which I ordered 2 of on 1/6/25 and provided my shipping address to ****** on 1/8/25, and she confirmed receipt of both the payment and shipping information that day. On 1/29/25 I had not yet received the prints so I followed up with ****** via email to inquire on the status. I emailed her again on 2/5/25 and again on 2/12/25. When I contacted them on 2/12 I also included ************************************ and ************************** (the only contact info I could findI tried desperately to find a phone number on their website but had no luck). As of the date of this filing, I have received no replies nor the prints I paid for and am fully believing Ive been scammed.Initial Complaint

Sept *********************************************************************************** and my business. Business email was contacted by someone name **** *******. Upon completion of interview, I was shown sample prints and was told I could order additional if choosing to. I ordered 10 and was told it would be an 8-week turnaround. However, by Thanksgiving I was no longer receiving communication from original sender. I reached out to others and was told I would be getting a reprint and a reshipment of items, but nothing has been received. Shortly after my bank account was suddenly shut down so I am unable to be refund via the same method even if it was an option. They published my article in September 2024. Then they emailed me that I should purchase paper copies. I purchased a couple of copies and havenever received them. I have sent them emails, Instagram messages to no avail. Many other people on Instagram have also stated that it is ascam and they are also in the same boat. I simply want copies of my print article or a refund of my money. Also, it should be investigated because this is a huge scam against artists. Bold Journey Mag reached out to ME about writing an article about my small business. They then asked if I wanted printed copies of the article, which I said yes to. I paid via invoice and was told I would receive my copies in 6-8 weeks due to production and shipping. Its been MONTHS and I am now being ghosted when reaching out about the copies. They refuse to process a refund for my lack of product.
