    this is a scum ,have never npayed out and now the phone numbers are no good .less than a star the take your money and give you not a dam thing . iam broken down out of town can not get no contact ,

    I am not surprised they are not BBB accredited...wish I never signed up! Between being told different things were covered by different associates and being pushed off with sad excuses and apologies and them also not calling back the mechanics like they said they would...I am basically paying for NOTHING! The last rep I talked to couldn't even tell me what mechanical failures were covered by my insurance...she just kept repeating herself and said she didn't know! That is HER JOB! Unbelievable...

    been trying to get ahold of them the last two days tried the callback option multiple times and tried to mail them from there website but nothing is happening have a new card and need to update payment but the seem like the just went dark for no reason if i cant get ahold of them soon i will be going to a new place i havent had an issue with them til now

    I have been paying on my contract for a little over a year. I called one day asking questions about what was covered for something I needed done on my car. I called the service number and ask them if struts and or hubs were covered under my policy. I was then told no neither one of them were covered. So it cost me almost $800 out of pocket to have both hubs replaced on my car because guardian said that they do not cover hubs or struts. I found out that it was in fact my hubs that were going out on my car. And because guardian said and I quote No hubs and struts are not included in my contract. I had to pay out of my pocket. So now they want to give me a lower rate because I told them I was switching to carshield who covers a lot more. And they are also cheaper than guardian. I have been paying for this policy for over a year and still have to pay out of pocket for my repairs. What good is an extended warranty when the company does not honor their patrons. Also the lady I spoke with when trying to cancel my policy was not listening to my issue. She told me I was not getting reimbursed for repairs I paid for. Yet we can lower your contract from $133. a month to $97. a month. I told her that was unexceptable. I was lied to when I called to see what was and was not covered on my power train. So I've paid into this company close to $1,500 and I have to pay for my repairs. I will go to my bank in the morning have the autopay removed. A refund would be nice on part of or most of my money I paid in. Thank you so much Guardian Auto Shield for not doing your job and costing me money I can not afford. $281. and change front left hub assembly, right hub assembly and tierod cost me a lot more. I am waiting on new copies of my receipts from the mechanic because I can not find the originals. I wish I had read the reviews better before I wasted my money. I am on disability and raising my 10yr old granddaughter. I am thinking lawyer right now.Policy # ERENPS7080533

    I signed up for a policy, the answered all my questions. My policy is close to what I had when we first bought our car. I am so happy I only have to pay $100 for my repairs in the future! Thank you

    SIGNED UP WITH THEM A FEW MONTHS AGO. HAD MY FIRST CLAIM, HAD TO PROVIDE SOME INFORMATION BUT WAS KIND OF EXPECTED. IN THE END EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF AS EXPLAINED.

    My vehicle broke down not too long ago , having a plan made things more smoothly and quicker to resolve my car issues and getting my car repaired was the best experience ever.

    I called customer service 2 months ago to cancel my policy. I was told by customer service by refund would mailed out. 6 weeks later no refund. Called again said refund was sent out still no re fund. Called again said I needed a letter to cancel sent out 5/10/ 22 2 weeks later still no refund. Called said they did not receive letter. Sent this one out certified mail. I am going to call the attorney general. And see what they say I should do. This seems like the history of this company saying they did not receive the letter.     We called to cancel the warranty and spoke to ********* she was rude..All we was trying to do was cancel the warranty she kept giving us the run around..If we don't want a service we should be allowed to cancel it..We had the bank call them they refuse to give us our money back..I dealt with warranties before I had no problem with getting my money back..I do not recommend this business they need to be investigated for trying to scam customers out of there money..When they ask for the service to be cancelled there should not be a hassle.. Anyone reading this don't waste your money with this so called business.The customers service we received ********* was trash..
