The dates of the transactions/payments to the attorney are: 6/30/2022, 5/11/2022, 3/7/2022 and 2/3/2022.The total amount paid is $2102.00 The businness committed to provide legal advise on how to deal with a tenant not paying their rent.Initially, the attorney filed two 3 day notices to pay or quit to the tenant. After, she filed an unlawful detainer, and later said we were unable to evict the tenant during the ***** Moritorium. She then suggested we file a 60 day notice for the tenant to vacate the property. After filing the notice, she sent me an email stating we could not issue a 60 day notice to the tenants who were not current on their rent. After spending several hours responing to tenants complaint, she sent me an email with an attachment explaining we could not issue a 60 day notice unless the tenants were current on their rent., ****** also tried to suggest she sent me the policy prior to filing the notice, and acted as if she didn't know the tenant wasn't current on their rent. I trusted her professional advise and knowledge, and both times found that she did not provide services that had merit.I tried on several occassions to discuss the situation and resolve this in a professional manner. I sent numerous emails and left several follow up messages with her assistant ******. ****** is very nice, and always said she would pass on my messages and let ******* know I called. Initially, ******* reviewed my concerns and asked for further details. I provided the information requested, and did not get a reply. It's been over 50 days, and the attorney ************************* has not returned my emails or phone call.
