    I ordered a bracelet for my 1 year old Grandaughter. She wore it ONCE for FOUR hours and it tarnished. I asked for a reimbursement and **** advised me of the following. 1. The rose gold plating on our bracelet is a Thin layer of metal that can wear away overtime when it comes into contact with certain chemicals to which I applied this was an one year old baby who wore the bracelet once for 4 hours. I also stated that they should put in their Description that this was what to expect with their thin layer of metal. 2. **** stayed that even with 925 sterling silver (which our jewelry are) does get tarnished, faster or slower depending on how you care for it and the nature of your sweat to which I again reminded him that the bracelet was worn by an one year old baby once for FOUR hours. 3. **** then advised that Rose gold plating can show wear pretty fast if it comes in regular contact with chemicals (shampoo, hand cream, washing solution etc.) or just because the persons sweat is not comparable with gold plated jewelry to which I replied again the bracelet was worn by a one year old baby for only FOUR hours and she was unable to apply any of these chemicals to her person. I again stayed that it would have been nice if in their Description they advised potential customers of this. 4. **** then advised that the way I stored the bracelet contributed to the tarnishing to which I advised that until the day my grandaughter wore the bracelet for FOUR hours it was in the wrapping that it arrived in to which I replied if there can be a possible issue they should also put in their Description the proper storage of their product. 5. I was then advised that my warranty had expired to which I suggested that in their Description they should warn purchasers to try the bracelet immediately to insure that no tarnishing occurs due any if their ridiculous assertions. I refused to accept their offer to remedy this by purchasing a sterling silver bracelet at 40% off.
