I purchased two collars on 5/31/2024. Website offers free shipping and no option to increase delivery speed. I investigated the shipping expectations and website said 1-10 days. I emailed them again on June 9,2024 for an update on the order and the shipping information. I have not received the product, the shipping information, or an update to what is going on through the email I sent to inquire where my product is.Initial Complaint

Order #********* A leash and collar were purchased in October 2023. The items were not received until December. Once the items were delivered, the dog had outgrown what was ordered. I contacted the company to make sure I followed return policy. Once the info was received, I returned the item asking for the next larger size as a replacement. I called several times to request an update on the status. Received a recorded message telling me to text or email. I have sent weekly emails requesting a response and have not heard a word.(emailed 1/22/2024, 2/4/2024, 2/12, 2/15, 2/27, 3/3, 3/6, 3/20, 4/2) I don't think I will get the replacement items, so I'd love the refund 0f $90.I have kept all correspondence in case anyone needs to see it.Thank youInitial Complaint

I placed an order on December 14th 2023. I ordered a Cuban Choke Chain for my dog. I received an email stating it was shipped; however no tracking was provided. Placed my order on the 23rd of November 2023.. tried multiple times to contact business through phone call, emails and Instagram, still have not received a response.. last update was on Jan 4th which **** is awaiting item but still nothing... now I just want my money back.....
