      On December 17th I asked Bad MoFo Dogs via email to refund an order that was placed on December 10th since it had not been processed or shipped.They responded with an affirmation stating that it will be refunded within seven (7) days.Today, January 6th, 2023, I received the package that was agreed upon to be canceled and refunded.When I emailed them, they told me, in essence, that I will have to send it back and then start the refund process. I responded that they are responsible for picking up the package since there was an agreed-upon cancelation and refund, they stated that it was my issue, not theirs.I contend and can prove with the email thread that there was never the intention of giving me my refund, therefore committing fraud by expecting the consumer to not send the package back.

      On Oct 15,2022 I purchased a collar for $169... the order # ********... they still have not shipped my purchase... I have emailed them asking for a explanation why they have not shipped my order or a full refund and still no answer from them!!!

      Tried to purchase a product they marketed on ******** on August 20th using my AMEX credit card. I paid for $297 on Aug 20 , 2022 and as of today, October 13 2022, I still have no received the product. I have emailed multiple times and called but no responses from the merchant.

      This company has been the absolute worst company to deal with.I purchased one of Bad Mofo Dogs dog collars and spent $200 on it. The company claims lifetime warrantee on all their collars and unfortunately although I love the product it broke.I reached out to BMD regarding my lifetime warrantee and they kindly emailed me instructions for repair. I mailed out the dog collar to their facility which was delivered to them on August 15th. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them I decided to reach out to them and thats when the only contact happened. They advised it would take **** business days for them to reach out to return the item. After the 14 days I reached out numerous times wanting an update on my collar repair however no one has reached back out once. They have ignored me completely. I even took the rout of posting reviews on their website but about an hour after posting, my reviews are deleted. I have kept screenshots of the reviews and emails I sent out to them and they continue to ignore me.Their lifetime guarantee is a scam and they have stolen my $200 dog collar from **** advise anyone that works with this company to be careful and never expect anything to be resolved.

      (May 8, 2022) I made a purchase of a gold cuban dog collar for $159 from Bad MOFO dogs, using afterpay as my payment option. I received the collar May 13, 2022 (have email confirmation). After trying the chain on my dog to make sure it fit correctly I noticed it was too small for his neck and was very heavy for a puppy to wear. So I emailed same day for an exchange or refund. I followed return instructions making sure the collar was undamaged and wrapped in original wrapping and inside original packaging it was received in.(was only opened for 10 minutes for trying)May 24, 2022 I received confirmation email of the company receiving my collar for exchange. May 25, 2022 I emailed asking for an update on my order, if I was going to get an exchange or refund because I had not heard back from them. I did not get a response. May 31, ************************************************************************************************* back. June 3, 2022 Bad MOFO dogs finally responds, but is unaware of anything. June 6, ******************************************************** better customer service at least to find out what's going on. My wife emails and calls, but they are setup to a text only call system so she texts them. She gets ahold of someone who finally helps somewhat after being very rude to my wife over messages. At this point we are just tired of the whole situation and just want my money back or a exchange. My wife and a representative for Bad MOFO dogs finally get the ball moving and we are going to get a replacement that will be bigger(add more links to the chain) ,but I would pay the difference to make the chain longer. So they say wait for an email for an invoice for the remainder inwould need to pay. I wait and wait and never receive an email or invoice. We try and contact them asking for the invoice and get no response.Now June 21, 2022 and all my messages have been ignored. I have no dog chain or my $159. My property I paid for is in there possession stil

      I purchased a dog harness from Bad Mofo Dogs in a Medium/Large with the sizing range 27.5-39 inches. I clearly received the wrong product as the harness circumference at it largest point measured at 29 inches. According to their website the harness I was sent is a Small/Medium. The package and the item had no tag or receipt informing me of the size. I have attempted to reach out to get help on this matter and hoping I could the either fix the problem or get clarification, unfortunately the business has gone silent on their end. Only emails I received was a template stating the exchange and return policies. At no point are they willing to address the issue and either explain how I am wrong or assume any responsibility, once again, I am certain that I received the wrong size because of the measurements.
