    Items damaged in move, was told would be reimbursed with a check for $650.00 which would be mailed 2 weeks from 10/25/22. Company is now delaying payment saying they told us 30 days, which is a lie. We have texts stating all of our conversations regarding this matter.

    We have reimbursed $650 back to the card customer provided while paid the deposit. They are stating that they didnt get it from Square but they already charged us and informed us that they reimbursed to the client. We will try to call them on Monday to seek for any updates on this matter. Usually, we reimburse within ***** days but customer states that we would do it within 2 weeks. We *** know why. Also, customer asked for completely different amount of reimbursement $1k+ out of nowhere. Customer seems to disinformation a lot and leave negative reviews & complaints to all the business to rip them off. We are not saying that we finished the job ideally but we apologized and took our part to make things right. XT Long Distance Movers will always look forward to provide the best services as we can in the moving industry.

    I am rejecting this response because: As if 11/26 we have not received insurance payment of $650. They say they paid but we have received nothing and theyre blaming ******* ******* takes no responsibility. The full amount of damages was $1500 but company only covered $650. They are distorting facts. They are lying about the 30 days told to us, we have texts from them that say 2 weeks. They are also lying saying that my reviews online are all bad, that is false, have posted many good reviews of other businesses.
