Better Business Bureau:Response to the review posting from *************************** on 03/07/2024.Thank you for your response. United Trustee Services (***) represents *********************************** ************* and has been directed to pursue collection action on *************************** delinquent account.Pursuant to California Civil Code 5660 and on behalf of the Association, *** mailed on 10/12/23 a Pre-lien letter Notice of Intent to Record a **************** balance $6270 and $1200 fines (The letter). *** has given the required 30-day notice, along with a copy of the Association Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy. *** delayed 3 months without resolution before Recording a Lien (NODA) on his property on 02/16/2024 for nonpayment.In their BBB review states, nonresponsive yet quick to add high charges to current debt.*** Response: Sent the required **** First Class Mailing and Certified Mailings and have had several email communications with ******************** over 6 months regarding his delinquent account. *** has coordinated a meeting with the Board for 3/25/2024 to discuss this matter. *** in good faith agreed to waive $715.00 from our fees and costs on his account.*** Response: We follow the CA Civil Code and are required to complete several actions approved by the Board at each stage. *** will continue working with ******************** to resolve this matter. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the Association and to recapture the delinquent assessments to keep the Association in good financial standing. Unfortunately, regarding this matter, ******************** was not satisfied.Respectively,*** ***************** Team
