To begin -- after using Michelin and ********* the traction and feel is terrible on these. Multiple times it was almost dangerous getting onto the highway on wet pavement. Then I go in for my 10k checkin and the ************************* tells me that all 4 tires are bulging and defective. I submit a warranty claim, no one answers. Then I reach out to the customer service line, and some person tells me that they responded with a rejection of my claim. There is no response to my submission in my inbox, spam, anywhere. They said that "The bubble/bulging damage is indicative of road hazard impact, such as potholes, curbs, or speed bumps. OE tires do not come with road hazard warranty."I asked for a supervisor. ***** L in ********** hopped on and was arrogant and smug from the get go. He hit me with the "first of all...", and proceeded to tell me that based on my pictures that it's impact damage from curbs or train tracks etc and not defective tires. Mind you, i've driven these only on the highway and residential roads. No potholes, no speed bumps, straight on highway 71 to 183 in ****** to my neighborhood that dosn't have any of these things. This guy spoke over me, doubled down on his assumption and kept telling me that ***'s opinion doesn't matter (*** uses them for their new vehicles). Worst customer service experience in my entire life. Terrible product, terrible employees, and they pull a fast one on you with the warranty by unjustly denying claims. Given that i'm driving unsafe tires (under warranty) and they are unwilling to help me, this company should be help liable for damages. If you look at the nature of their other responses on here, you get an idea of how they operate their business. I will be writing *** as well about this experience.Initial Complaint

On 3 different occasions ***, Feb, Mar I have had the same tire same brand. This tire pops easily.. and NO I dont drive fast. NO MY CAR IS NOT BROKEN.. listen this is ridiculous. This brand is AWFUL. Im tired of spending my money over and over. Also trust me when I say I will be contacting my City as well because I have 4 kids and Im a single mother. I CAN NOT keep doing this!!!!Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 03/24/2022 Total price: $634.88 ($148.98 per tire) Order #: ************** Ref. #: ********* Purchased: Nexen Rodoan AT Pro RA8 ********* tires (Qty. 4) ******************** I ordered these online, then had them shipped tothe nearby Walmart. One tire had a large air bubble on the side wall, so I contacted them asking for a replacement. I was asked to provide the info I provided here, as to prove I purchased them. I was also asked to upload pics which I obliged. I was then told that I was approved & that I would receive a check for the one tire. I replied that I would rather have another tire since I wanted all 4 to match. I then proceeded to call/email them no less than a dozen or so times. I heard from the adjuster working on my case exactly once, informing me he had just returned from vacation & it would be taken care of. Now, I am just ignored. Why ??? I have bought a different tire so I am now requesting a refund for the 1 tire.Business Response

We responded the next business day, Monday, 6/13/22 requesting the purchase invoice, which the customer had failed to provide when prompted in the claim submission. It still has not been received. Receiving a tire was never an option. Upon submitting the claim, the customer received an auto-generated "submission successful" email, which includes the following: "Please hold on to the claimed tire(s) while the case is under review. Incomplete claims submitted will be placed on hold, pending the missing information. Qualified cases will be reimbursed in the form of a check." Our call log shows no calls from the phone number he registered. On Monday, 10/10/22, 9 days before this claim was filed, we approved this claim at 100% reimbursement to clear out the old unresponsive claim. He received an auto-generated email stating such the same day that said : "Direct reimbursement in the total amount of $USD 181.31 will be mailed out to you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you have questions or concerns, you may contact us via email at ******************** Please confirm your mailing address. Below is the address you entered initially. Address: *********************************** Please send DOT damaged photo to complete the process. Email must be sent to *******************." We still have not received the address verification or DOT damaged photo requested, but it was being pushed through accounting anyway. As the email he received on 10/10/22 says, he will receive his check in (now) 2-4 weeks.Initial Complaint

2017 Dynamax Rv Tire that came from factory on the vehicle new had a catastrophic failure. This needs to be reported and possibly generate a recall due to extreme danger with this type of failure The tire has 16,000 miles on it. There are numerous reports on the web with the exact same issue.Business Response

Though we supply OE tires to the manufacturer of your RV chassis, we do not supply them to Dynamix for use on RV, and this would be considered as a misapplication of the tire. Nexen Total Coverages Warranty specify does not cover Nexen tires used for recreational vehicles. However, in this case we may be able to offer you goodwill.
