    In support of the complaint, I've attached the draw schedule showing Ludwick Construction, LLC was paid $23,500 on 10/07/2024, a week before they abandoned the job without completing the foundation work. Also listed on the draw schedule is the $57,912.00 and $6,573.00 for permits they took. The City of **************** provided me with the permit receipt and the total paid for permits was only $35,000. A copy is attached. The funds for the permits were clearly diverted for their own use.
