    I purchased a 2018 ****** wrx here at ** denas on 11/8/24 at the ************************ location. i took the car back the next day because the radio didn't have any audio. They checked it out and sent me to an audio shop. They stated it had a Bad Amp. took it home. called ** Denas to see what they could do. they ended up sending me to another shop. got it checked out .they also said bad amp. i have a warranty for the electrical stuff so i don't know why its being avoided. they had me going from shop to shop using my gas. Nothing was compensated. i called ** Denas the next day and spoke to the manager *****. he said the audio shop was closed and theyll open on Monday and theyll call me back. seems like the fix is being avoided. i have not been called or acknowledged today is 11/18/24 and nothing has been resolved.

    On Sunday July 30, 2023 I found a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. This vehicle was posted on 2 sites (auto trader and the company's website). I called the dealership and spoke to Marlene about the vehicle. She text me photos of the vehicle. The advertised final price for the vehicle was $39,468. I advised Marlene that I would like to buy it for the advertised price and she said I could not buy it for that price. On Monday July 31, 2023 I called again to speak to a manager but none were available to help me. I called multiple times to purchase the vehicle. At 4:23 a manager finally called me back and told me that I wouldn't be able to purchase the vehicle for the price listed.

    Dear *****, 
    At the time the Express Van was put online the MSRP only reflected the way the vehicle came from the factory and did not include any aftermarket additions that were put on the vehicle. This Express Van was part of a Knapheide "Bailment Pool" and came from them with a KUV Van body. The Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price will never show anything that is not installed at the factory. Our vehicle at that time showed as 'In transit" and therefore only reflected the Window sticker from the Factory. Our online ad also states the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price excludes tax, title, license, dealer fees and any additional equipment that is installed. The retail price of the KUV Body is $25798. I have equipped the Factory Window sticker in an attachment as well as the wording of disclosures from our website for your convenience.

     I am rejecting this response because:The advertisement on the website states final price of $39,468 and includes a picture of the vehicle with the vin number. The vehicle is being advertised on 2 different websites advertising the same vehicle for the same price. Their website states the dealer sets the final price and on their website under the price it states final price.
