      Did a hard inquiry on my credit when I specifically told them not to. I was already approved by my bank and didn't want that. They did it anyways and I made a big deal about it. They said I signed a paper which I did without my social. But then came back with it and asked for it. I told them I didn't give my social because I didn't want a hard inquiry. They said don't worry they just need it for the quote I requested for a vehicle so I added it on there after. They lied and still made a hard inquiry without my permission which is illegal and fraud. There vice president reached out to me after and said he would fix this. 2 months later and nothing has happened. They hit my Experian twice, TransUnion and Equifax once. This was at their *********, ca location.

      Date of the transaction was on or around July 2nd of 2024 car was towed to **** Auburn duprat **** to install a harness program and transmission oil and then they stated that the wiring that was hooked up to the original transmission module was damaged but in fact I know the car was running before that happened and the car was under a **** recall for the transmission module system and they were obligated to replace that for free I had to pay $500 plus dollars for six pieces of wire and two pieces of plastic and then I paid Auburn **** another $550 to install pieces of wire then they said they could reprogram the car which makes it run the car ran when I left it at the shop I also had to spend $100 to get a tow car from AAA from ************ to ****** ********** for them to inspect the car which was under a **** recall for the transmission module so at first I went ahead and paid them the $550 to install the two pieces of wire quote they said was damaged but the car was running before it when I left it at the shop when they return the car it was not programmed to run stating that the wires could not be installed and then Thursday 31st of October the vehicle code it out again for the transmission module system I had it towed to do *************** then they waited a week before calling me to ask for a permission for a diagnostic test which a week later I had already authorized that stating that the car coded out with the transmission module again and then a week later somebody says they need authorization for something that are authorized making me wait another 7 days not knowing if I can get reimbursed for a rental car so I can go in fact forth to work the first time this happened I lost my job because I couldn't get to work because my car was tied up at the **** dealership my rent I owe is about $4,000 and lost wages from the car that wasn't being fixed the second time this happened now they tell me that the alarm system has to be taken out to reprogram the car ?

      I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned F-150 from *** Dupratt on 3/10/24, 5 days later 3/15/24 I contact my salesman regarding an abnormal squeaking coming from my brakes. I had it checked out by 3 certified mechanics prior to driving 2 hours back to the dealership to have them Inspect it as well. I was told by the 3 mechanics that the sound is not normal and they needed to be replaced / resurfaced. *** Dupratts used car manager ****** states there is nothing they can do as the paperwork states the brakes were measured fine before sale. I was never shown any Certified Pre-Owned paperwork by the dealership, the copys I have are for a 2022 CPO **** Maverick not a 2021 CPO F-150. I was never given proper paperwork or signed proper paperwork for my truck that I purchased.

      I was reviewed my contract I bought **** f150 in 2017 . Truck already came with 100 000 miles warranty for promotion include in price( I have the promotion and paperwork) and they charge me $2,000 in my contract for warranty . I need they refund this back to me. Because it was included in price . Why I paid for this?

      Ive had my car for about 2 years 2019 **** escape with a little over ****** miles with an extended warranty 5 years/100,000 miles. *** first 6 months had take back to have the transmission replaced. ***n there was a recall on transmission and now my transmission is completely and wont go in reverse and my warranty has expired. And Im being charged ******* to get it fixed. Very upset

      I purchased a 2022 F250 pickup and picked it up on Sept 2, 2022. Prior to the truck being delivered, I ordered from **** a dash cam, an alarm and labor to install. all were paid for on the **** website. When it came time to install the parts I ordered from ****, the alarm could not be installed because it did not fit The F250. I was informed of this at the time of installation (approx Sept 10) and I was informed that the part would be returned to **** for a refund. However, the part was put in my truck (I was not made aware of this) and returned to me. After watching to see the charge removed from my account for several weeks, I made contact with Ron Dupratt Ford to find some sort of resolution whereby I could either return the part to them so they could return it to **** or, arrange some sort of process where by I could return the part directly to **** for a full refund of the part and labor costs. Sadly, Ron Dupratt Ford and its employees have chosen not to cooperate. Instead, I have been handed off from one person to another, all claiming that someone else would need to handle this. ******* (title unknown) promised to have a fellow named **** contact me. This never happened, then she promised to have Rich contact me. This never happened either. I am not sure how they profit from this unproductive use of time and resources. I wish to resolve this in one of the following ways:1. I take the part to Ron Dupratt ford and they arrange for an immediate refund for the part and labor.2. Someone who has authority on this matter contact me with specific instructions on where to send the part for a refund of parts and labor and provide accountability to insure that when the part is recieved a refund is actually issued.

      When in the schedule of the truck to have looked at Was scheduled to bring truck in on July 5th 2022 Was advised to order parts And return for service a week later . Once returned for service a week later Was advised the problem was still existent after $**** was spent Was told additional parts apart such as shocks shocks and stabilizer maybe needed After driving the truck called called to say about ordering the additional parts needed in rescheduling and rescheduling another time to get the truck worked on Have not heard back Sense not hearing back my wife stopped in to schedule an appointment to have it looked at dad they said some of the parts were ordered and some were not They said they would call call by 12 PM the following day they did not also also I find it amusing I'm using that I've had 37 gallons of diesel come up missing sing out of my auxiliary tank and since they will not return my calls I feel that this is a very crooked inside waste business That is being conducted in ***** ********** if they are not going not going to fix my truck for the problem I brought it to originally And spent over $**** to have fixed and they did not fix it right the 1st time then I will go somewhere else and I will dispute the credit card charge that I paid with as fraud all I want is the wobble in the front end of my 2015 F150 And spent over $**** to have fixed and they did not fix it right the 1st time then I will go somewhere else and I will dispute the credit card charge that I paid with as fraud all I want is the wobble in the front end of my 2015 F350 to go away boy they did replace the brakes thanks I'm not sure they needed it it but they did replace them the wobble on the other hand they they only made 5% 5% better and charged **** plus dollars and have failed to return my calls or accommodate when my wife shows up at the dealership I would like a refund for the work performed minus the brakes
