Skyline told me they were a ************** when they came to my home. After their sales tactics, Skyline/Brinks installed my system. They only had in their possession the control panel and doorbell camera. I was told that they would return to install additional free add on equipment, but later recanted it would be a cost to me. The doorbell camera had issues from the beginning and I could not get a technician to come out to repair or replace it. Waited until after the holidays and still couldn't get any help.Spoke with the salesman who told me the service was scheduled. Stated he would get back with corporate ****. A technician tried to help me over the phone, but could not. Said he would get someone out today. However, that did not happen. Called Skyline and they still could not get me a date or time to send out a tech. Wasn't sure I wanted to stay with them, because I was leery about my home being protected. There were too many issues, no customer service or technicians. Asked them to come pick up their equipment, but they never came.Found out they had put it on my credit. The **** states that the information on my credit report must be accurate. I am disputing it, because I did not get the entire package that was promised. Did not get the equipment that I had working properly, because they would not send out technicians. Did not protect my home, which was the plan. How could you protect my home if the equipment doesn't work?I want this item removed from my credit report.******* ********Skyline Security Management, Inc.

This is the absolute worst company do not fall for their service! First of all they had a sales guy just come up in here and say it was free and that since I was military, I would get $50 a month. What is free is the hook up service and the cameras after that, its $50 and if you miss payments, you gotta pay them $3000 apparently. I understand that I tried to cancel service with them and I forgot my password and the lady hung up on me which is very unprofessional so what did I do? I sadly continued to pay them. Unfortunately, I went through a hard time where I got scammed and I couldnt pay them and they kept calling me, but what was calling me was their automated voice message saying I owe. So then I didnt answer the phone calls when they repeatedly called me and close friends harassing me. So fast forward they send me to collections for $3050.37 I tried to turn my service back on with skyline security management, but they said I have to pay the collections . They are the worst security scammers in the business. Save your time and your wallet from them. Also skyline how about you wait for customers to come to you instead of sending immature sales **** to peoples doors. You know thats a form of solicitation? Ill get your service back, but no, Im not happy and I hope this gives you a bad grade that you actually deserve for the bad service you give customers and even your Veterans.Skyline Security Management, Inc.

I said I already read your agreement. And your quality assurance always comes as oh someones gonna call just say I agree and I already said I had a hard time. I got scammed and I sure as h*** would rather pay my house than low rate security. Instead of having being actual human beings, call people you have an automated message system calling people and Ive already called your people and they said I have to pay collections first. Id rather owe 3000 then turn you people back on. I dont care about my credit anymore. You guys are the worst and trust and believe Ill be telling everyone how bad you guys are. Even the debt relief people I called to help me in my situation. Said you guys are the worst so thats actually saying something.The best thing out of this whole situation is that it taught me not to answer the door and feel pressured from lame sales reps. ** I stated before, you can improve your business by not sending people to peoples houses you dont know peoples financial situation you just assume cause they own a house they can pay for security.Review fromBruce B

We were contacted at our home yesterday by people posing as representatives of our internet/tv provider, ***, apologizing for the poor service we'd been experiencing lately. They were soooooo convincing and kind and too easily won our confidence. We signed a service contract to update our *** services, which then came with a "free" Brinks home security system through Skyline Security Management, Inc. They conveniently had an installer available within the hour to put it in. Everything seemed legit until I thought about it overnight and did some online research this morning. I made calls to the two phone numbers they provided me but both went directly to voice mail and no one has called me back. My signed contract had cancellation forms in it that needed to be received at Skyline's CA address by midnight 1/30/25. They are already in the mail for overnight delivery. In addition, I'm going to have to shut down my checking account and open a new one so they no longer have access to make the monthly withdrawals to pay for the security system. ***!!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!!Skyline Security Management, Inc.

I am an eighty five (85) year old widower. Living only on *** from my deceased husband. Skyline Security representative entered a ******************** home park community, informed me that I was one of the four disability people in the mobile home park that was chosen for a free security system. I didnt want the system and was pressured to have the security system installed. The representative kept saying its free! After the installation he informed me that it was $60 for the installation, than he told me it would be $60 a month! You said it was free! I had my granddaughter contact Skyline Security to cancel and was told to cancel would have to pay $3000 to pay the rest of the contact. Requested for a copy of the contract and never received one. I gave my son-in-law authorization to help me with this issue but have not contacted him. Because of my personal experience I would not recommend this companies product and service. I cant afford it and I didnt want the system, and I dont even know how to use it.Skyline Security Management, Inc.
