      Every time I call Supercare Health, I always have to wait. Today I was calling to exchange or reorder a different mask, because the mask that they sent me is not want I wanted. I called first I spoke to ***; I explained what I needed, and she transferred me to the re-supply department where I was on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called back, it is very hard to navigate the automated system, because it keeps going in a circle. I am not sure how I finally got a hold of someone again. I spoke to *******, I advised him I had already been on hold for 45 minutes, he put me on hold and said he had just spoken with that department, and they were just finishing up with another patient he said he was transferring me, and it would be a couple of minutes. I waited again this time for 20 minutes. I called back and spoke to ***, I asked her to just have someone call me back from the resupply department, she said all she could do was send an e-mail, she kept asking questions, I was already frustrated. I told her I wanted a supervisor and she said her supervisor was only for customer service, I told her it did not matter, someone needs to know how they are doing business (or not doing business) for their patients. I asked for the corporate office number, she said they do not have a corporate office, she refused to give me that information. I told her I would find that information out myself and told her to send the e-mail. I have things to do, than to sit there for more than an hour to order a c-pap mask. This is a terrrible company, and I will be checking if there is another provided for my supplies. I left ***** for this same reason.
