  We normally turn away street solicitors, but somehow the sales rep was sleazy enough to convince my husband to hear his spiel. They came knocking at our door pretty late in the evening telling how much money they could save us if we went solar. We had to show him our electricity bill and he promised he could save us money and that it would be the best decision ever made. This isn't all, we told the guy that we weren't ready to buy solar yet because we wanted to renovate an existing sunroom we had attached to the house and then put solar on there so that the solar would not be visible on our roof. Well guess who did renovation work? You guessed it and he took a look at our room and said he could do both jobs panels and room renovation within the loan and it would be affordable. He quoted us a number we couldn't pass up. He wanted us to commit right there and then. I told him to give my husband and I a few days to look over the deal and we'd call him. This guy was relentless and kept calling to see if we had made a decision. My husband and I looked up the company and found mostly good reviews and a couple not so good. We talked about it and thought we could finally get the 28 year old dilapidated sunroom renovated. The sleaze said he would take care of us and get us a contractor that was willing to work within our budget and that everything would be permitted. We thought it over for about 4 days during a weekend and that Monday, Jan 8th of 2024 we signed a solar contract, and even got a lender and everything. It was all too fast! I had questions about what we were signing. Long story short, after signing we waited 4 months to begin any work on my home. After many calls and no answers of what's taking so long and the sleaze was nowhere to be found. Finally, after months of calling a crew of men came demolished the old sunroom and erected a new room with a new roof. And that's where all the troubles began. No permits, construction was left unfinished and not to code.

  Awful, non-communicative administration with high staff turnover.Skyline installed 20 solar panels ft or our home of 35 years. 5 panels were deemed as underproducing by both Skyline technician, as the result of a (long delayed) site visit. Enphase Energy further confirmed.Skyline placed me on an elevated status for service requests, December of last year. Result? No communication from them. All communication is the result of calling them every Friday to check on my elevated status in terms of having a service crew come out. They no longer return calls or emails.I have been left with an underperforming system which is still under warranty.I have heard that the company has been experienced high turnover of solar installers/techs, resulting in an inability to provide service.Stay away from these people

  I absolutely love Skyline Smart Energy for my home! Their solar solution has transformed the way I power my house.   I have a solar sales team and have used Skyline Smart Energy as my Installer for the past couple years. Very happy with their process and no complaints from any of my 200 plus customers. Sure there are hick *** along the way as with any construction process. But Ive been with 3 other installers and none of them come close to the work work we get from Skyline Smart Energy. I would highly recommend Skyline for anyone looking to get.

  This is a warning to anyone who decides to work for, or do business with a Skyline Smart Energy. *********************, a dealer for a ******* is a supreme fraud! I have worked in the solar industry for five years, and Ive seen many scumbags in the industry just like him. He will undersize the solar system, and *** out his commissions, taking 80% of the commission for each project, and the reps who get the deal, split up between the other 20%!! he will take advantage of newer, younger, **** people, who know nothing about the industry!! he will exploit them until they fall off! He is a liar, and not to be trusted! If you plan on being paid, they will say they cant find you in the system, and you never work there? His branch manager, ***************************, will end up, putting out a fake ********** post to harass you.!! if you come in better than he is, and he is threatened by you he ends up being a little twerp! Too much to tell on that one. The owner of the company ***** is a complete dirt bag too! He will also say that he cant find you anywhere being on boarded? If youre trying to get paid, good luck with that if you want to work for free for a bunch of dirt bags, this is the place !if youre trying to do business with them, get 10 quotes, and this one will be the very worst by far! I promise this will be the worst decision you ever made in your life not only will you get ripped off, who knows whats going to happen to your home when these idiots try to install. If you like holes in the roof and paying a lot of money, I think you found find the right company. They are fake Christians and they play this little charade to manipulate young people who are **** to life.. if you actually signed Solar with them, I recommend going with another company, unless you feel like ruining your life then I would recommend that you stay with them. Me being a Solar, a professional. It was the worst decision. *** made my life and I was with my ex I thought that was bad.

  Id give 5 stars but that would mean perfection and nobody isbut Im so far impressed with skyline. From the get go, our fear was false promises since this was our first solar project but so far, its been a great experience with this company. We interviewed the top solar companies, Sunpower/Tesla/***/Sunrun and did our homework diligently since we had heard so many negative reviews about solar companies in general. We worked with **************, this guy is amazing. Our panels were up and running in less than 2 months!..unreal! Even after installation and there were issues, he liaison us with the company to get issues fixed in such a professional and timely manner! ***** was our project manager, shes the best at being in touch and follow **** My whole experience with this company has been stellar so far and I would do it all over again. If you need solar and you are not considering skyline, you should!

  My panels got installed June of 2022 here we are in 08-2023 and I have not heard from the company they seem to had forgot as if they never put anything on ******* they dont know how to communicate I try to get a hold of someone and they always say they are going to call me back and dont they had about 7 guys outside my house drinking beer on the job mid locked my panels they said that they sold or company never got permits to work on property!! Its very frustrating process

  Got 32 panels installed with 2 batteries. Skyline was very professional, clean and on point with my installation. The workers were very quick and courteous. The sales rep was very honest and informative. Over all great experience from start to finish.
