            I took my dog to this vet for a paraphimosis. They put a suture and charged me over $336 in total. A week later I went to take the suture out and was charged $36 then 4-5 days later the phimosis was not resolved. I called the vet to let them know so they can fix my dog they told me there was nothing they can do. They suggested I take my dog to the er when this is not an emergency. They are rude and disrespectful, I asked to speak to the doctor and they refused me the option, they said that I could not get my money back and if I brought him back to fix him I need to pay all over again. This is horrible business. Not fair or just.

            If you really love your pet don't bring them here. Brought my dog told them he's gagging here and there, his heart beat feels more intense his head is rocking with his heart beat rythm. They took my dog inside you have to wait outside, then the doctor called said he has a cough and just hung up on me in the middle of my questions. Employee comes out with my dog antibiotics and pills for cough and charges me $260.00. I was convinced that was the problem trusting the vets diagnosis. He was getting worst I called they said finish giving him his meds. 2 weeks later my lil guy let out a cry and horrifically died in my arms ****** foam pouring out his mouth as I was walking in the emergency. He had heart issues and was drowning in his own fluids. I trusted the vet and ended up having to put him down because the emergency wanted like $5000 first before doing anything for him he passed looking into my eyes. I only put one star because 0 stars ain't an option.

            We examined ******* on 10/20/2023. Discussed with owner he had harsh lung sounds and recommended several diagnostic options including radiographs to check heart and lungs, lab work to r/o metabolic and prescribe anti inflammatory medication. Client DECLINED and signed a decline statement of all work up and anti inflammatory injection. **************** stated he only was there to get antibiotics which he purchased for $66.00 cash. He never again called our hospital asking advice or to give us an update health status on *******. Upon discharge client since declining any form of diagnostics was told to recheck with pet if no improvement or worse in 1 to 2 days. He did not. I believe he is confusing us with his regular vet that he stated he was going to. He did not spend nor was he charged $260 dollars., he was charged $66.00 for 2 different medications. ( Doxycycline and Cough Tablets.)
