    Last month I saw a delivery man that was bringing bottled water to the apartment complex I live in. So, I asked him about prices. He told me there was a special price of 7.50 a bottle and gave me the number to call. I did and spoke to ******. He confirmed the price and said if I wanted a cooler it would be 8.75 a month, so far all good. Three weeks later ****** is raising the price a dollar more, so much for the special price for new customers. He also told me they would make a delivery every 3 weeks unless I called and said I didn't need anymore water in 3 weeks. So I called because I still had water. He failed to say if I didn't take delivery after 3 weeks then I would have to wait until it was convenient for him to make a delivery. He said they would deliver yesterday and did not ! I called repeatedly yesterday and he ignored my calls and refused to pick up and as usual his voice mail was full. I sent 3 SMS to him before 5:00 pm which were ignored as well. He never called today so I called him to ask what was going on. He then attempted to put the blame on me and even said I was harassing him. So I need him to repay me the 8.75 he just charged for the water cooler's rent this month and to come pick it up and the empty bottles as well. Thanks
