            I received a defective pump and over the past few weeks, I have been tirelessly trying to get the merchant, a representative by the name of **** specifically, to provide me a prepaid return label which is due given their return policy, i have provided numerous videos upon request showing the problem and the continue to ask for additional videos despite the videos being EXACTLY what is asked for. They continue to change their tune and ive literally sent 5 or 6 videos. I truly have not experienced such strange and terrible service from a company.

            They charged my credit card but 11 days after placing my order, they tell me different things: (1 yes my order has shipped and they promise tracking info which they never provide; (2 no, my order has not yet been fulfilled. No one answers in their online chat system and when I call their phone number it says their box is full. I feel like Ive been scammed.
