    I purchased a brand new Suburban from Dublin Chevrolet Situated at ************************************* Ct Dublin. After Driving *** for approximately for a week and barely put 500 miles on it , the suv breakdown while doing a pickup which costed us the client and the business . Moreover they kept the *** in dealership for almost 3 months that led to me working without one suv and lost potential business opportunity. I am a mid tier transportation company operator and I cannot afford to loose one brand new car for 3 months , and after that they changed the Engine , it was a Lemon Car and I asked them to gave me a new car because u only used it for 1 week , neither they paid any amount to me for the business I lost because of that faulty car nor they replaced my suv . I own 5 Suburbans but never faced something like that , they did not provided financial support and even on calling almost every week almost begging they never replaced the car and now after 3 month they gave me same old suburban with new engine on it and I am not sure for how much time its going to run and I don't want to face the same situation again so I need your help in this matter so that small businesses like us can survive. it cost me a lot since January .

    When I leased my 2022 Bolt in Aug, 2021, I was not informed of the battery issues requiring a recall. I did not want to accept a $1000 credit towards the installation of a home charging unit. I opted instead to receive a $500 credit card which could be used to pay for charging at community charging stations. I was told it would take a few weeks to get this card. I called in early Oct when I had still not receithis card. I was told to wait a few more weeks because things were slow due to the pandemic. I have called and left 4 messages since 11/1. None have been returned. This dealership does not deserve anyones business!
