    Item was ordered March 7, 2025. I emailed customer service on March 12, 2025, only to receive a non-committal response about "checking with the shipping team to reship if necessary." This customer service representative is unresponsive. I then called the listed phone number on March 22, 2025. I left a voicemail but, predictably, have gotten no response. This company hasn't responded to a BBB complaint since 2023, so I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Take note of the overwhelming number of complaints against this company and do not buy.

    Date of Transaction: 07/01/2024 Amount Paid: $238.00 Unfulfilled transaction with Shut Up And Take My Money (SUATMM ***** After the purchase was made on July 1st, an email was sent to their support address on 08/07/2024. Their email address is: ************************************ company did not respond to the email requesting more information about the status of the order or the supposed ship date.As of 08/14/2024, there has been no response to the email, no follow up information about the ship date of the item, and no ability for us to request a refund.The items are needed to stock the inventory of a rental business, but now we are unable to supply customers who need this item.

    On December 6, 2023 I ordered and paid for three items from their website for a total of $50.97, order number *****. They took the payment from my account and I received an order confirmation and receipt. It is now March 25, 2024 and I have left three emails and one voice-mail asking to cancel my order and be refunded what I paid with no response from the company at all. If I try and check on my order it just says waiting to be fulfilled.

    Date of purchase was December 6, 2023 in the amount of $50.97. No further contact was received from the company and no merchandise was shipped to me. I sent them 3 emails and 1 voice-mail wanting to cancel my order and be refunded. They never responded to anything I've sent. When checking online of the order it says the order is yet to be fulfilled. I just want the order canceled and my money back from them. The order number is 22644.

    Have had no communication or update on an item I ordered from them at the beginning of December. They took my money and wont answer my emails. Cant find a phone number to call. Thinking they are scam artists and I dont recommend anyone buying from them.

    On December 12th, 2023 I purchased two items from Shut Up and Take My Moneys website (Dolphin Milk Beersy silicone sleeve and Dogs Pooping in Beautiful Places **** calendar). The items have yet to ship (on the website it says the order is unfulfilled) and I sent an email asking when I could expect the items to ship. I never got a response.I DID, however, receive an email today from the company, requesting that I write reviews for the products on the website, which is interesting, considering the fact that I never received the items.

    Order placed on 12/16 with priority (3 day) shipping purchased. Order still has not shipped. ****** has not responded to any contact attempts. I am asking for a full refund.

    On 12/18 ordered product. ORDER #***** Product never shipped. Emailed customer service 4 times requesting update and refund. No response as of today. I want a refund. I have no product. I no longer want the CHRISTMAS product. I didnt want to do this, this *****. I would just like my hard earned money back. Please. Thank you.

    I purchased a Christmas card directly from the Shut ********* My Money! website (suatmm.com) on 12/10/2023. The estimated shipping was **** business days (I believe) but certainly before Christmas. The credit card charge posted within a day, and to me that meant that the order had been completed and shipped. However, after tracking the progress of the order on the Shop app the following week, I noticed that the status of Order Placed hadnt changed. I contacted the company via email on 12/17 and received no reply. I again contacted them via email on 12/19 and received zero correspondence. I called the one phone number listed for them twice, but it goes directly to a voice messaging service. Their website states that all phone calls will be replied to via email. As far as I know there is no way if speaking to or contacting any representative of the company directly. I attempted to request a refund on their website but when I enter the five digit order number, which was sent to me via email as an Order Confirmation/Order Placed email, it comes back as no order found, and there is no way to proceed. This is not about money or a lousy Christmas card. This is about principle and about putting a foot down on something that would otherwise be swept under the rug by a consumer either because of its capital insignificance or because they dont have the time or energy to track down a company that is clearly dodging its customers. This company collecting money and failing on a number of occasions to address the issue is enough of an indicator of a fraudulent company. They took my money alright and theyll take yours too.

    Purchased a **** calender as a Christmas gift on December 7. A week passed without any progression for order. Considering this wouldn't make it in time, and by the time I would potentially receive it based on other people's online complaints, I decided to request a refund and cancelation. I have contacted this business with three emails and a chat attempt and have not received a response. I am not even certain the business even exists anymore. I just want a refund and will never do business with them again.
