Yet one more scam victim to add to this list. In August 2018 we contracted with US Consumers Attorneys to withdraw from Silverleaf time share. We were told not to pay anything else on the account as they were taking it over. They did send a letter to the time share saying they were taking over the account, and then did absolutely nothing. We were just notified that we are in the foreclosure process which can only be resolved, of course, by paying the 6 years worth of back fees/dues. this scummy scam master has obviously bilked so many of us out of some significant amounts of money.

They got me out of my timeshare and did a great job replying when I emailed them. It did take a few years but they did it. I paid a one time fee and did what they asked. I can only assume these complaints are by random people making them look bad. I was lied to by a timeshare and they got me out easily and never asked for more money ever. This was four years ago. I just got on here to see the contact info to help a friend out. I hope they still are doing this. Timeshare is nothing but a scam.

As I read all the other reviews, I can say ditto. I would like to know what we can do. Can we band together and contact the CA legal board and have something done? I dont trust any of these companies saying they can get you out of your timeshare.

My complaint is similar to others here. I engaged this law firm in 2016 to help me terminate my obligations with two timeshares and paid them over $9000. However, they have been unresponsive and I have been unable to reach them via email or phone. Due to their negligence in handling a document that required only a witness signature, one of the timeshares was foreclosed. The second timeshare was sent to a collection agency. They assured me that I had been released from my obligations, but I have not received documentation to confirm this. It is crucial for me to have proof that I am no longer responsible for the timeshare that was sent to collection. Their advice to stop making payments has negatively impacted my credit, and I now owe over $30,000. Dealing with this issue has been extremely challenging, both emotionally and financially. I need confirmation that I no longer own the timeshare so that I can refinance my home and alleviate my debt. I believe it is necessary to file a complaint with the **************** *************** against this law firm. I would like a refund of the money I paid them since they failed to effectively represent me in resolving this.

US CONSUMER ATTORNEYS are complete scammers, taking money from people, while not following through with their contacts. At the beginning of my **** contract, I researched them and they had an A grade. I have been dealing with them since 2018. I have sent back half a dozen Quit Claim Deeds, since they notoriously would lose them. Since COVID, I have seriously struggle to be able to make contact with the company. They seemed semi legit, considering they contacted me back throughout 5 years. Needless to say, I was robbed of my 5K like so many others. Fake contract even talks of money being returned, yet, asking for refund gets you definitely cut off from being able to get through to them. Thanks for making so many people's lives harder, while you made off with bank @uscalaw f.u.

I wanted to get out of my Timeshare with Holiday Inn so I contacted US Consumer Attorneys back in 2018. The entire process seemed legit. They told me what I had to do and everything. They send me paperwork to fill out that I had to fill out and send back to them. They send me "time sensitive" documents that I had to go and get notarized and return back to them. During the process I was advised not to pay my monthly fees and because they would be communication directly with Holiday Inn. From start to finish, it took about 6 months to finish the process. I received paperwork that stated "Mission Accomplished" and they informed me that I was timeshare free on 04/03/2019. They also said that Holiday Inn has submitted the attached documents for my records. I'm thinking everything has been settled and I'm free from my timeshare. I was called by a Holiday Inn representative on June 19th, 2023, and they told me I had past dues and I was about to go into foreclosure. They also informed me that my account was still active. I tried calling US Consumer Attorneys and it goes straight to voicemail and it gives a e-mail address. I have not talked to an actual person. They sent me a "Quit Claim Deed" as well. A lot of my time was wasted and now Holiday Inn is saying I own a large amount of money in past due fees. How can US Consumer Attorneys get a way with this? I paid a fee of about $7000 for them to cancel my ************** to realize four years later, that apparently nothing was done. I asked Holiday Inn if they were ever contacted by the US Consumer Attorneys, and they said no one contacted them and they never received any documents. Holiday Inn even said they tried calling US Consumer Attorneys and they never received a reply from them. So it seems like this so-called law firm never did anything and now I'm stuck with a large bill. How is this right??? I'm kind of mad at Holiday Inn as well, but that's another story.
