    Company towed vehicle and damaged Spoiler kit and muffler , other parts underneath may have been compromised Taking to shop soon to get fatal eat and court if needed , company failed to fix damage so far and or respond

    Was refused service and was given absolutely awful customer service afterward. On June 26th, *********************************************************************** a spot clearly posted that is reserved to only be used by **** vehicles. Once the tow truck driver ****** had arrived at the condo complex and took pictures of the vehicle in question to be forwarded to the Dispatcher ***** for approval to tow. Although I had initially disclosed to ****** that I am an HOA board member, ***** then reviewed the photos and refused to tow the vehicle because the sign directly in front of the vehicle did not state "*** Towing" and the pavement of the spot the car was parked in did not have a number that would signify it is someone's personally owned spot. The most ridiculous part was that the vehicle did not have any credentials that would suggest the vehicle owner is affiliated with the ****. After ****** left the complex, I followed up directly with ***** informing her the vehicle is obviously not with **** and is therefore not authorized to park there. ***** then rudely responded, "who is going to park there sir?" as though the contract we have with the business is absolutely meaningless. After ***** had argued with me over the phone, she finally budged and said she will send the driver back to impound the vehicle. After nearly two hours of waiting for a call or for the driver to return to the complex, I called again and spoke to ***** again to request an update. ***** simply told me "we are very busy at the moment and we will send a driver out once one is available". So after *****'s incredibly poor communication and refusal of my request to tow, I was scolded and put at the back of the line. ***** performs her role very poorly and makes me think less of an otherwise good business.

    Our dispatch and drivers have to obey ** laws. If there are any issues with legality, we do not tow. From our records we were unable to verify identity of the caller and it was also issues with legality of the tow.
