Absolutely horrible experience. - they lied to us about the battery KW storage capacity - they lied to us about project completion - they lied to us about NEM 3.0 and the rates PGE pays us. - they have been incommunicado for months!- they had to come out to cut the electricity 5 times to install the subpanel and upgrade the main panel. This is a facet of the job which should have been performed in one or two visits. Instead they had wrong parts, not enough people, wrong wiring, etc; AND have been here 5 times over the past 4 months, which has put us massively behind schedule. If you read ******* Yelp, Reddit, etc; its littered with poor complaints. Furthermore they have removed a lot of negative reviews on their company. BOTTOM LINE: stay clear of these folks.Review from Roger S

Extremely pleased with the process from introduction and assessment to logistical coordination to installation and post installation support. The one part of the process that took much longer than needed was coordinating PG&E to get out to do their part of the process, everything I have come to expect from PG&E. V3 has been consistently available for questions and has been back out to perform physical updates to the system and perform regular remote testing/system monitoring.The cost savings over PG&E has been amazing, going from $750 or $800 bills down to $220. And adding in the true *** has made the savings even better. Best decision for our home to date. **************Review from Melanie E

Excellent service. Excellent response to customer service issues. Yes, we did find two roof leaks, which they came out and fixed promptly! The solar system is working flawlessly (for two years now). We purchased the system outright and they still provided excellent service even after there was no financial incentive to do so.Review from Anthony B

Great communication during the entire process. ***************** was very professional and there is a noticeable difference between the quality of our installation and that of neighbors who used other companies. Follow up with system questions has also been first rate. This is definitely not a make the sale and move on Company like many of the big names selling solar. We are very happy with the system and the follow-up.Review from Russ M

We got the solar panels and batteries 3 years ago and it has made our life so much less stressful! Being on on well in a fire prone area, we are able to travel and not worry about loosing any food in the freezer or refrigerator. Besides breaking even with PG&E we are still planning to purchase the panels in the future. V3 gave us very good service during the install...just sad that the sales person who we dealt with is no longer with V3.Review from Janet E
