I bought a bike from MYX fitness on June 20.On July 12 it was delivered. The delivery team knew it was broken but lied and insisted I keep it. They would not take the bike back even though it was broken. They tricked me into keeping it. I scheduled a return pick up. They didn't show up. They did call to ask how my experience was though. So I attempted to resolve this and asked that someone come today to pick it up since I took off work for this appointment.They hung up on me. I emailed, DM'd on instagram, used the live chat, and called. No one will answer. This company is a scam. They send faulty equipment and then go dark and will not help. I have take off 2 days of work for this matter and am now out over $**** for this piece of garbage that they won't let me return.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 2, 2021/07/21) */ We are so sorry to hear that this is the experience you had with our delivery partner XPO and that there was a miscommunication from the XPO delivery driver about the state of the MYX bike. Our team has been in touch and working with the customer through email starting July 14th about this issue and responded the same day letting customer know that her return paperwork was being processed and that her return would be completed on June 15th. XPO missed the original time they were supposed to pick up the MYX bike but did come back later that same day. Full refund was also provided to the customer. Again, we are so sorry for the trouble and committed to helping our customers.Â
