      My tablet has not been working on my bike. I have contacted them and all they do to resolve the issue is try to blame it on my internet not working, which clearly is not the issue. Instead of talking to someone on the phone to get the issue resolved, they send you an email about once every couple days. I haven't been able to use my bike in two weeks because of this poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND, get the peloton instead.
