I ordered several different flavors of Liquid IV in October and November of 2023. Several of the pouches of Lemon Lime have hardened to the point of being unusable. I have already had to throw several of them away. I am not seeing this from the other flavors. I store these all in the original packaging, sealed, in the same area. They are all in a humidity controlled room where the humidity stays around 50% year round. The expiration date on these is not until 2025. I love Liquid IV, but am disappointed with having to throw these out, especially with the price they are. I'm not sure why it has only happened to one flavor, so far. Hopefully the rest are fine, but for $25 I would have hoped the Lemon Lime would have lasted at least until the expiration date.On 9/28/2024, I contacted Liquid I.V. support via email. They requested additional info and pictures, which I immediately provided. This information was:1) Order #******* 2) Will attach (the pictures they asked for)3) I ordered a 16 pack. I had six left, but cut one open to get the picture. I believe I used four, threw out six, and will be throwing out the one cut upon to take a picture. That leaves seven bad. I'm not sure if the remaining six will go bad before the expiration date as well.I also have five 16 packs of other flavors. On 7/18/24 I placed an order through the Liquid IV website. on 7/19/24 i received my order update stating it had been shipped. for the next 10 days there were no updates about my order. tracking information provided by Liquid IV indicated a label was created, but the package NEVER got shipped and the shipper was waiting on the package. On 7/27/24, nearly 2x the amount of time promised for shipping by Liquid IV, I received an email stating my order was refunded without ANY other information. So I tried to contact customer support DURING their operating hours. The chat line NEVER appeared despite it being DURING operating hours. The phone was never answered and a machine said no one was available DURING the operating hours. I contacted Liquid IV's parent company who told me they couldn't do anything and they couldn't provide any other way to contact their customer support other than to email them. I have already emailed them and have gotten no response. In fact, emailing them to ask for updates is what precipitated the refund of my order with an egregious lack of context as to why my order was refunded. I tried to reach customer service using their email address and also their phone number. The phone number listed says no one is available to answer and no one responds to emails. So I tried reaching out to their CEO and reached an out of office that said to email a different contact as he was out for several days. She didn't reply either.This was a simple question. Their product packaging says their product is vegan, however it says it contains cane sugar as the 1st ingredient. Cane sugar isn't vegan unless it is unrefined or organic and their labeling does not share what type of sugar they use. I just don't understand how companies feel they can have any retention treating customers like this. When I came to the ********************, I see they have a F rating, so I doubt they even respond to this.Initial Complaint

I purchased two orders of $140 each of products that were on a promoted as a discount. A total of $280. There was no taxes taken out in my order (**********). I was told I would be followed up by my delivery email. The website states that up to 6 days after an order to confirm delivery with expected delays of holidays. Its been 11 days since my order 8 business days (excluding 7/4). I cant get in touch with anyone. I call and the phone lines are off due to no one is able to take your call within their business hours. I emailed their customer service and I havent gotten a response back. On June 13, 2024 I placed an order for 4 packs of sugar free Liquid IV. Specifically order #*******. I received an email confirmation that it had been shipped on that same day with a tracking code. Since then, there has been no update on the order or package. I contacted the company that the tracking number is connected to and they have said they have not received the package yet. I have sent two emails to Liquid IV customer service, one on June 21, 2024 and the other on June 24, 2024 to which they have not given me a response. They also are not answering their calls at the number for customer support during the business hours that is stated on their website to contact them. I was already charged $77.12 for the product and it has been taken out of my banking account. I either want the package delivered or a refund before I take a legal route.Initial Complaint

I placed my order with liquid iv on May 25, 2024. They state on their site it take 2-6 days to receive your order. That time includes 1-2 days for processing. June 4th was that business day cut off that I should have had my order by. My tracking is only showing I placed my order and is still pending for everyone else. They have already taken money out of my account for the order. I reached out to online help on June 3rd. I will attach the conversation below. The management team still has not reached out to me. I would either like my product that I ordered shipped to me or a return of my money.Business Response

On 3/9/2024 I placed ORDER #******* from this company. My phone autopopulated an old address. I immediately noticed and attempted to correct. It stated on my confirmation that I would be notified when it was shipped. On Monday 3/11/2024 at 9:09am I contacted support when their customer support opened letting them know my address was incorrect and I wanted to correct my order or cancel since the order had not shipped (it was not processed to ship until 11:45am that day) and I was told there was nothing that could be done. They recommended that I contact the shipping company who stated they have to get the information from the shipper who has said they will not change anything.Initial Complaint

I received an email from Liquid IV on Oct. 16 at 8:10PM with the subject line "****, anyone?". **** means "buy ONE get one", however, the email goes on to detail that one must purchase THREE before receiving one free. This is misleading and does not honor the **** offer stated up front in the email headline.
