      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from ******** Biometric Information Privacy Litigation Settlement Administrator (BIPA) regarding my ******** Privacy Litigation settlement claim check.28th March, 2023: I contacted BIPA via a call to report that I was yet to receive my settlement check. I was told to wait at least 6 weeks since the checks had only been recently mailed out.15th May, 2023: After the initial 6-week time period elapsed, I contacted **** again & spoke with a representative who told me a check had been mailed out to me. I told the representative I hadn't receive the check. She confirmed that my check had not been deposited & told me that she would cancel the first check & resend a new check. I asked if she could instead provide an electronic payment to make the process faster & she said this was not possible. She mentioned that I would need to wait another 6 weeks for this new check to arrive.27th June, 2023 I contacted ******** BIPA & spoke with a representative called ****** who said the 6-week time period for the new check was yet to elapse so I needed to wait longer before calling back to complain that I hadnt received the check.16th August, 2023 I called ******** Biometric Information Privacy Litigation Settlement Administrator again to report that I hadnt received the check and I was told that the time period for sending out checks had expired and that I could no longer receive the settlement check I was due. I called ******** BIPA a total of 4 times to complain that I had not received my check and each time I was told to wait. Eventually, BIPA said they were no longer sending checks which is unfair given the number of times I called to report that I hadnt received a check. I have made multiple attempts to follow up with **** on this claim using the provided channels of email and phone calls but each time I am met with unhelpful responses or outright lack of response.

      Received a settlement check for $397.00 from re ******** Biometric Information Privacy Litigation, on May 13,with I deposited in to my mobile bank account with is **************** on May 17 *************** returned the check back to ******** do to lack of funds, so I call ******** to see what was going on with my check and they told me that the check was send to the original sender with is re ******** Biometric Information Privacy and to call them. So I called ******** Biometric Information Privacy and when I called them they told me the check was cash on May 13,So basically for 2 days I have been getting the run around from three companies telling me to call each other mean while I'm going to get a bounce check fee and still have know clue where my money is.
