LA Times continues to miss newspaper deliveries. Even when a call for a redelivery, often it is missed. This has happed at least a dozen times. Last time I called in a missed, I was told that LA Times would add a paper to my subscription. The problem is I only get the paper on Sunday's so in effect, I don't get an extra paper. I believe to spoke to ****. I am owed at least 8 free weeks of the Sunday paper or a credit for 8 weeks. Thanks, ****Business response
