1 starWas charged $59.95 for a total of $64.15 after I ordered on a $49.95 special using code ***** with no mention of shipping or taxes. Waited 2 weeks for delivery then 2 weeks later I was charged $90.89 & told in order to get the $49.95 special I am automatically subscribed. I called when it was in the process of authorization & was told it shipped. I unsubscribed & when the 2nd product arrived 10 days later got a return label. 2 weeks later I was only refunded $74.87. I was told the $16.02 was for shipping. I asked for all my money back as I did not subscribe & was never given the special @ $49.95. They are trying to say I should have read the website. 4 starsI don't understand why these negative reviews. I've been using Kind Science products from the starter kit for over a week now and absolutely love them and how much my skin has already improved. I was using ****** products which are also very nice but not as good as the Kind Science products. However please do not send more until I request more as I am on a very tight budget and the starter kit looks like it will last me for months. We shall see.Review fromLINDA S

1 starI tried their trial product. Not knowing that in the fine print they locked in my information and charged me a second month for a 3 month payment. I did NOT AUTHORIZE MONEY TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I tried the product and that is all I wanted to do. I feel scammed as in no way did I sign up to use the product or subscribe to a monthly fee. I dont have the money to spend, I did not authorize the membership and the company refuses to refund my money. They are going to force me to pay postage and return the product to cancel the next 2 months payment but at no time did he say they will return the 57.** that is charged now. He refused to allow me to escalate the problem, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and said the shipment was sent prior to the charge hitting my card which was today. How can I get my money back? How can you scam me into a reoccurring charge without my knowledge? I have not even used all the product and have not been impressed in it anyway. These are horrible business practices completely unethical to take money that was never authorized by me accept in the scam that happens when you try a product.Review fromDenice B

After the initial trial cost of $81.60 I was charged ****** for the next 3 months for 1 box. Over $326.00 for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I guess I need to read the fine print when I sign up for a free trial.Kind Science

When an introductory kit is selected for purchase the information about the subscription is provided in several places before any personal information is entered. By submitting your payment and finalizing your initial online order you agreed to the terms of the purchase. Those terms are also provided in your order confirmation email. Our records reflect that you enrolled online 12/19/24 for automatic shipments with your initial purchase of a promotional offer for a 7-piece 30-day intro kit (with price reflecting an additional $20 off the normal subscription price of $94.95 plus applicable tax). DO NOT BUY!!! AVOID THIS PRODUCT! This is a complete scam. I never agreed to any subscription, yet they charged my account three times$***** on January 15th, $97.05 in February, and now theyre saying my "final" payment of $94 will be on March 15th. Thats nearly $300 for a product that was advertised as a one-time purchase for $49! This company needs to be stopped for its deceptive business practices. I dont have the time to file a lawsuit, but I hope someone already has or will soon.Kind Science

Total scam!!!! I was never informed about the 2 month charge after the initial $49.99. I thought ***** was a kind woman, but obviously she is not! Don't be fooled by this scam artist.
