    They sent my finance to a debt collector for a bill that should have been covered by an insurance company. It stemmed from an accident she wasnt even at fault for. Shady company and nobody can give answers.

    I couldn't understand why I was being sent a bill for my well woman mammogram, which is 100% covered. I spoke to my insurance, BCBS ******** Advantage, and found out that you are out of network.Neither Memorial ********************** or Radiology Partners/********* Associates informed me that Radiology Partners was out of network. And do not tell me that it is the patient's responsibility. Memorial ******* is within my network, so the natural assumption as a patient is I am covered. I had no knowledge that Memorial ******* outsourced to an out of network radiology company.BCBS is filing a grievance on my behalf, and I also am filing a grievance with Memorial *******. In addition, I am doing research to see how many patients have been 'ripped off' by this tactic, and checking with an attorney to see what recourse I(we) have.

    I have 2 bills reported to the credit agency I know nothing about. When I had my scan for my pregnancy in 2021, I paid up front the cost and the rest was billed to my ********* This is fraud. I have 2 reports on my credit now that should have been billed to my insurance at that time.

    0 stars!My experience echoes many of the reviews on here. Today (3/27/24) I received a bill for services provided at ********** Hospital on 10/16/22! How is it that I am just now receiving a bill ~1.5 yrs later?!? They also tried texting my husband with a link to pay a bill (lol). I am not sure how they got his number. I only received a bill after he texted "STOP" to that number. I called my insurance company (BCBS) and they tried making contact today and will reattempt tomorrow. They never billed my insurance. Strangely, my EOB from my insurance paid out for radiology services when I was in the hospital. How can we get this unethical company shut down?

    I had two ** scans done at ******************* ordered by Radiology Partners. I made a payment of $190 before the scans could be done as was told that the balance would be billed to my insurance. Almost 6 weeks later I received a "bill" marked as "statement date 10-17-2023" (Which is it? A bill or statement?) for the same service for $856.00. When I called the customer service line the ** person informed me that the fee from Radiology Partners ****** was not for the ** scans but for a Radiologist to "interpret" the ** scans before they were sent to my GP. Unfortunately this exorbitant fee was never disclosed and definitely not expected.

    I was guaranteed by service facility that radiology fee would be $37.35 (calcium score), they billed me for $557 by text message. They insisted I had to provide proof and refused to contact service provider themselves. Memorial Herman should get rid of them and someone should sue them for false billing.

    If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. And as you can see by the average rating, this is the norm not the exception. I have had two instances with Radiology Partners ****** that prove that their billing department is incapable of doing anything correctly. In 2020, I had ankle surgery and the radiology was performed by RP ******. When I received my invoice, they completely posted insurance payments incorrectly and was billing me the incorrect amount. It took MONTHS of calling and fighting to get it corrected. Fast forward to March 2022, I broke my arm and RP ****** performed the radiology on my xrays in the *** I received an invoice stating my insurance had denied the claim. Once I spoke to my insurance, I was told that RP ****** is billing using the incorrect Insurance Electronic Claims ID. I have called and repeated this to the RP billing line more times than I can count. When I'm on the phone they say, "oh yes I see that we are not using that number and we will update and refile". I've spoken with "supervisors" and been told this was being escalated and guess what? Yesterday I received another bill saying that insurance has denied the claim because "eligibility Rejected" and I owe the balance. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE ELECTRONIC CLAIM ID FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY CHANGED??? I will not pay this invoice until it is correctly billed to my insurance.

    I suddenly got a notice from a collection agency, and when I followed the trail it traced back to Radiology Partners. They claimed they sent me two bills, which I never received. I received all other medical bills so I think they were lying. They sent me a "statement" with no logo or letterhead that looked like it was cooked up on a typewriter in a basement. They said they couldn't give me a copy of the bills, until I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. After almost 2 hours on the phone, they finally coughed up a bill. The initial bill was over 6 months after my service, as my insurance company initially denied their claim and they appealed the decision. This company is shady as heck. Looks like they are a holding company for most of the radiologists in 35 states - someone needs to investigate them!!

    I already spent 2 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve this with no luck. It shouldn't take 2 hours to get a copy of a bill. That's a simple request, and that makes this company look even more crooked.

    I've never had service with this provider & don't have any radiology procedures. I also live in a different state from this business & they are trying to email me an invoice due that I am unfamiliar with. They have terrible BBB rating & accreditation. This sounds like a scam or bad business practice with wrong information or billing shadow clients, when they accumulate personal information for people. My invoice better not go to collections or I will pursue legal actions with this company.
