I ordered a pair of shoes, my husband wore them for a bit and the insole and shoe have not held up, I contacted customer care and they advised to return it for a replacement. I sent it back and let them know but have not heard anything back. Please send me my shoes. My emails are going unanswered.Business response

May 25 - original order (*********) placed/confirmed May 27 - Their CS reached out, informed me of the original boot being out of stock, and adjusted the order to a similar style - at that time, I was not informed of any shipping delay May 31 - I emailed checking on shipping and they wrote that it should ship the next day or so June 3 - I emailed to check on shipping and they wrote that it should ship the following week June 9 - I emailed to check on shipping June 10 - They wrote that the delay is severe and would ship in 7-10 business days and they would send more info to me June 22 - I emailed with no response June 27 - I emailed to check the status July 3 - They wrote that the order could not be fulfilled, and a refund would be processed 'as soon as possible' July 10 - I received the official order cancelation email and was told by their CS that I should have the refund within the week July 22 - I was offered a different pair of shoes instead of a refund. I declined the offer and was told a manager would reach out to meBusiness response

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 4/30/22 as a birthday gift, paid the regular price, no discount or sales, and despite customer feedback the shoes ran small, they actually ran large. I wanted to exchange them for smaller sizes but they were completely sold out of one pair so I requested a credit on that pair. The second pair was available in a smaller size and I indicated on the return paperwork I wanted the smaller size. I returned both pairs of shoes within the required 30 days stated timeframe, they shipped back together in the same outer cardboard box they arrived in. So far, I have received credit for the one pair as requested, but I have heard nothing from them about receiving, processing or replacing the second pair. They do not answer their phone, all my calls go to a machine. I have sent them two email and am still waiting for an update. I spent $512.65 and have only received credit for $202.70, no further communication from them as to what is going on. At this point, I would just like my money back. I didn't have the shoes to gift the recipient at their BD party so I had to buy something else. I understand supply, demand and shipping challenges, but there has been zero communication re: the the second pair of shoes I returned. This is unacceptable. Maybe they need to hire more people to answer phones and process orders. Too bad they dropped the ball, the shoes were attractive. The lack of timely customer service is a deal breaker for me. Consumer Response /* (3000, 6, 2022/06/15) */ I was finally contacted by customer service. At this late date, I requested a credit, and the funds were applied back to my Pay Pal account. I am satisfied with the outcome but bothered they received both pairs of shoes I returned, said they didn't know what I wanted to do with the second pair, yet never reached out to me for clarification. They don't answer their phone and didn't return my phone calls. I had to wait for an email response to get a status update. It's a slow, drawn out process.Initial Complaint

I purchased two electrical toy cars for my sons , it was a business called ************** it seemed like a legimate website I found on Facebook so I decided to go ahead and order them for a total of under *** and I ordered it on *** **** just before Christmas & still have yet to receive anything! I used my bank card and can't contact or email to get a refund and after checking with reviews I think I got scammed ! I am single mom working my **** off I support my 1yr old son, my 12 & 6 yr old son as well and my fiancé who stays home with our son cause we don't trust a lot of people with our son since covid so that really something nice to give my sons some joy in there lives so I would like the money back to at least give them something nice if I can't get that product that I ordered or I believe its theft of services and I don't know how to go about getting my money back hoping this helpsBusiness response

This transaction took place November 3rd. Order #******** I received a pair of their higher end shoes, around the price of $250-300. While wearing them at a dinner party, I noticed the right shoe material was in poor condition around the ankle. I provided photo proof. They claimed their "cobbler" looked at the photo and determined it was "wear and tear" while the left shoe was clearly in great condition. They have refused to send a replacement and will only take a return for a 20% restocking fee.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/10) */ The issue the customer is addressing is not a manufacturer defect or quality flaw.The issue the customer is having is a result of wear and possibly the handling or storing of the shoes. Per our policy we only provide a replacement for a manufacturer issue. Since this issue could happen with a different pair as a result of wear, we offered a return for refund. The customer accepted.
