    I made a one time purchase and did not pay attention to my bank account until today and realized they have been taking $81.13 from my account for months. I did not subscribe to anything!! This company are crooks!! Wonder if Jlo knows about this scam? Probably!!

    I purchased a gift box for my wife for Mothers Day in 2024 for $95. When I looked at my bank account they continued to take out $95 dollars each month. They said that I subscribed to a monthly plan. I said No i didnt. How am i going to subscribe to something that 1) I could not afford on a monthly basis 2) Not sure if my wife would even like it. Here we are 2025 and they are still taking it out of my account. They said the box I ordered is priced at almost $260.00

    Our records reflect that when you placed your initial order online in October you selected a promotional offer for a 30-day JLo BeautyDeluxe introductory kit.  While we do offer one-time purchases without a subscription, the promotional discounted 30-day kits include automatic 90-day replenishment shipments at discounted member prices.    One-time purchases are only offered at retail pricing.  Information about the subscriptions included with kit purchases is provided online before any personal information is entered or an order submitted. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
    After reviewing you account we do owe you an apology.  When you contacted us on 11/30/24 to cancel your subscription the request was incorrectly processed.  The 3rd installment payment for your 90-day replenishment kit that had been delivered in November was cancelled but the future shipments were not.  This resulted in a 3rd shipment being sent 1/29/25.  Your account was cancelled 2/28/25.  As a token of our apology for the error, a full refund has been issued for that 3rd shipment.  Please allow 3 5 business days for the funds to post.

    The customer service is just ridiculous, I purchased the products the small size to try them and I saw it stated I would be charged a subscription unless I contact them to cancel which I did I even got a confirmation number. Tell me why they sent me full size products and charged me for a subscription anyway. So they said to return the products which is fine but I asked for a return label and they said oh just put return to sender. Their customer service is really lacking and unprofessional. I tried to even cancel on the website but it didn't let me, I enjoyed some of the products but I will never be purchasing again. I'm not interested in a skincare subscription and customer service is so unhelpful and dishonest and does not follow their terms.

As an exception to our advertised return policy, a return label with instructions was emailed to you. Your JLo Beauty subscription remains closed with no future shipments or billing scheduled.

    Very disappointed in customer service. This company does not follow their own terms, very dishonest, horrible service. December 2, 2024 I ordered on line a promotional kit. It was a one time purchase not a subscription. On 12/30/2024 money is withdrawn again from my bank account, less than a month. I do not remember signing up for a subscription. I went on line an open a chat to cancel the subscription. Maree went on and on trying to convince me to keep the subscription for more shipments that I would get with a 20 percent discount and once I got" their last shipment" it will be automatically cancel. We talk and talk and she made me believe that she will cancel, she even gave me a confirmation number. She did not cancelled, *** are trained to confuse you with words so you can say yes (I never agree, I cut to her game immediately) I insisted she cancel the whole thing and I requested an email be sent to me as confirmation. The Email never arrived. I contact them again this morning so I could actually talked to a human been. The tactics were exactly the same, they are trained to keep the membership and or subscription open. Today I talked to *****, more likely they use fake names too. He used exactly the same tactics, we talked and talked and gave me an other confirmation number, just like Maree did, but is to extend the subscription not to cancel. I do not understand what is so difficult to understand. CANCEL means CANCEL. Not interested in the beauty products and I resent their tactics to keep their cash flow. I like *** but I resent how their associates have been trained. If you believe you have a good product, you do not need to use tactics to keep customers engaged. I am very disappointed. I want the subscription cancelled immediately. There are no good comments on your site, again very disappointed.     Our records reflect that you enrolled online December 1, 2024 for automatic replenishment shipments of JLo Beauty with the purchase of a special discounted promotional offer of the JLo Deluxe 30-day Introductory kit.  All of the Deluxe Introductory kit offers include a subscription.  Information about the replenishment shipments is provided in several places on the website before an order is submitted: for example, in the shopping cart order summary and directly above the Pay Now button.  We would like to clarify that we do offer the ability to purchase JLo Beautyproducts without a replenishment account but only at retail pricing.

    On December *******, your 1st full size 90-day replenishment kit was sent as scheduled with the cost split into 3 installments; the first one charged at the time of shipping. 
    We regret to learn that you found the cancellation process difficult.  We do want to ensure members are aware of all of their options and benefits available with our flexible membership program and that customers are able to clarify any questions at the time cancellation is processed.

    Your account was cancelled on January 2, 2025, when you first requested per your Live Chat with Maree. You were informed of the remaining balance for the recent shipment and return instructions if you wish to return for a refund. Please understand that while cancelling stops future shipments it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation; they will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

    On January 3, 2025, we received your Live Chat and call asking again for cancellation.  Your were advised that the account had already been cancelled. Information about the balance was provided.  As gesture of goodwill and in exception to our advertised policy, the remaining balance due for your 2nd shipment was waived at that time changing your account balance to zero.

    Rest assured your JLo Beauty account remains closed with a zero balance.  Nothing further will be shipped or billed.

    Very disappointed in customer service. In February 2024, I bought the introductory set, but did not sign up for a subscription. In March 2024 I received a second set, in which I never got an email about. They automatically charged me to my bank. When I called them, I decided to keep the second set, but I specifically told them that I did not want a 3rd set. Now in September 2024 I get another set, and I see they already had charged me for in August and September for. I don't understand why when I had already cancelled. I called them and told them that I did not want it and I wanted a refund. They said they would refund me and they even sent me a return postage. I returned the package, but never got my refunds. Instead they have charged my credit card for another month. This is unacceptable. I called today, and they couldn't help me because the system is down. I want my money BACK!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could.

    When you contacted us in April to cancel your subscription your account indicates that an offer of an additional discount on all future shipments and postponement until 8/30 was accepted instead of cancellation.  We apologize for any miscommunication regarding your initial purchase or the postponement.

    Your subscription was cancelled 9/5 and as a courtesy a return label was sent to assist with your return.  As stated in a previous response there are times when a return is received but the account or order cannot be located to issue credit because there is not enough information included with the return (such as order number, email).  That is why the return instructions ask that a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation be included with a return and recommend obtaining a shipping receipt/tracking information.  The last payment was billed because your account did not reflect any returns received.  When you provided return the tracking information to the customer service team on 11/11 refunds were issued.

    We appreciate your feedback about your experience and regret any frustration you may have experienced.  Rest assured you JLo Beauty subscription remains inactive.

    Tried a trial to test products and was automatically enrolled. When I received products the next month, I immediately cancelled but was charged a month after that. I removed my credit card and they tried to charge me a third time (apparently it was a subscription where you would pay for the next 3 months). I returned the product (which I had to pay $20 of my money to return) and they didnt even credit my account until I contacted them asking for a refund a month after my return. The customer service has been an absolutely nightmare. Im getting emails of my last payment being sent to collections. After the trial, it was $350 for the products I didnt even ask for. Very dishonest. Very disappointed especially since the products are not worth the high dollar value. This company needs to be audited for being dishonest and require more transparency. Everyone should be weary about testing these products. I still dont have confirmation if my return was credited to my account and that I dont owe any money.

    Per your account you made two purchases in July for two 30-day promotionally discounted introductory kits: a 6-piece JLo Deluxe Kit and the Ultimate Body Kit.  Each of these purchases included a subscription for full-size automatic replenishment shipments.  Information regarding the terms of the purchase (including billing information about 3 installments for the full-size kits) is provided in the shopping cart before any personal information is entered and again before the order and payment is submitted.   The terms and cost is also provided in your email order confirmation.  We regret if you found the offer unclear.

    Your subscriptions were cancelled when you contacted us in September.  You were informed at that time of the remaining balances due for those shipments since although an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation;they will continue to bill until paid in full or returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

     A refund was issued and the remaining balance cleared when you contacted us 10/30 and provided tracking information.  Please understand that a returned shipment must go through several steps to be scanned in, processed, and have credit issued for the returned items to the appropriate account. We will always do our best to process returns and issue refunds as quickly as possible, once received.   There are times when a return might not reach us or when it does, there is not enough information included with the return to locate the correct order/account so credit can be issued.  That is why we suggest that customers obtain a receipt or tracking number for the return and keep it as a record until a refund is issued, as you did.

    Your subscriptions remain inactive.  Nothing further will be billed or shipped.

    Hi, Horrible experience like the folks below I purchased the beauty set that cost $98.. then a month later they charged me again 102. I contacted customer service and they said, the purchase come with a subscription I had no idea I signed up for a subscription. There was no email stating that I signed up for a subscription. There have been no emails advising of upcoming deliveries. I had no idea I had an account online I did never create an account. This company should be closed and fined for unethical practices

    Your account was cancelled 8/26/24 and information was provided regarding the full-size replenishment kit which had shipped the day before.  On 9/5, you provided us with the tracking # for your initial order which indicated it had been returned 8/27.  A refund was issued for that 1st shipment.

    As a goodwill gesture the remaining balance due for the full-size shipment has been cleared although our records do not reflect that it has been returned.

    Your JLo Beauty subscription remains cancelled with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

    I am usually VERY aware when it comes to signing up for "Money Back" subscriptions. I simply do not do it. They are always scams. I purchased the introductory JLO kit advertised at $69.95 and thought it was a good deal for trying new products. The shipping took much longer than expected and then I went on a trip. When I got back, there were TWO packages in my PO Box. I truly thought the company messed up but to be sure, I went back into my email to double check that I didn't accidentally sign up for a subscription. Well, to my utter surprise I see the very small print that says "One month after your first order is shipped, and then every three months thereafter, you will be sent a new full size supply of THAT JLO DELUXE KIT. Each shipment will be charged to the card you provide today, in three monthly payments of $69.95 plus $3.99 for shipping and handling, unless you call to cancel. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax." I was shocked. The placement of this small print was under the kit product, not at the end of the email or in an obvious place. Nor was there a check box button for acknowledging that you understand that this is what was going to happen. This is such a poor business ***********, after realizing this, I went into my email to see if there was any information regarding this second full size kit - like a notification or tracking number. There wasn't. I believe this was intentional so that JLO Beauty doesn't bring attention to the fact that this full size kit is on its way because that would actually inform their customers and JLO ********************'s business model is solely based on deceiving the consumer and making it difficult to manage your account. As another reviewer mentioned, there is no way to manage your account online. You have to call, chat or write to a representative during their East Coast business hours. I feel this is all very intentional and very shameful for someone like JLO to be involved in. Absolutely Money grab.

Each shipment will be charged in three payments of $69.95 plus $3.99 for shipping and handling charges per month. I understand there is no commitment and no minimum to buy, and I can easily customize or cancel this subscription by contacting us.  We do make every effort to be forthcoming regarding our promotions and offers for JLo Beauty via the website, TV infomercials, inbound sales phone line, print materials,product packaging and billing.

    Earlier this year we began gradually rolling out online account access for JLo Beauty customers with active memberships via an email invitation containing a link to set up an online account.  That option will eventually be available at checkout for interested customers purchasing a subscription offer.

    We do realize that the time difference between your location and our posted hours of 9am 8pm EST can create some challenges reaching our customer service team.  Besides the phone and chat options posted on the website we can also be reached via email ****************************************************************.

    I wouldn't give any stars if I could & just because it is very unclear on their website that the initial product you receive is sample size for $68 ************* thought you were going to get a full size for $109 but instead you get a Full size products the second month for ($79, $74, & $70) 3 payment installments for the 2nd shipment totaling $223 I canceled my subscription after I figured out what the real price was for 2nd shipment. They are willing to give a refund if you send the product back & you pay the shipping & in the meantime they keep charging you each month. I like the product ok but it's not worth over $200 for one set of products I got the "That JLo Deluxe Kit" They are making millions of dollars because people are unsure on what they are ordering & unclear of the price. If you have money to burn then this is for you.

    We regret that you found our online offers unclear in any way.  We do try to make them as clear as possible and provided customers with lots of options.  The sizes of the products are listed for all offers be it those included in an introductory (30-day) kit offer or for full-size individual product purchases.  Information about the automatic replenishment offers is provided in several places online before any personal information is entered or an order is submitted. One-time purchases without a subscription are available online but only at retail prices.   Subscribe and save prices are discounted 15% (for single items) up to 30%for kits verse retail pricing.

    You are correct that the cost of your 2nd shipment (a full-size 5-piece 90-day deluxe kit) was split into 3 installments.   But the cost of a full-size replenishment shipment differs based on the number of items in each and can be customized per your preference.  Every shipment is backed by a 60-day, empty bottle, Money Back Guarantee.
