1 starTechniciansfine Assistantsfine Doctorgreat Good Enough? NOT AT ALL.The overpaid (if she is paid at all) incompetent at reception (***** *.) and her buddy ******* are why I plan to NEVER spend another dime there. We are OLD. Disabled VietNam Vets old. Husband had potential, later confirmed, pneumonia. AA misspelled our surname. I told her it was wrong and asked for help. Im not allowed. I had to hand write everything. He was seen, x-rayed, blood tested, diagnosed and injected. Told to touch bases with his ****** *********** was told there was no record. (Because AA never corrected HER error OF MISSPELLING OUR SURNAME.) Multiple calls. Placed on hold. Forever. M finally said she was sending the fax. I asked to speak to Mgr. We dont have one. I said Id call corporate. (You cant if you dont have the name of the employee.) I said that someone needed to know that AA was a bimbo. (YeahI know, not polite, but an elderly man with pneumonia and a cardiac hx couldnt get care because she did not correct HER ERROR.). Well! Suddenly M was going to tell her Mgr that I had used that word! What Mgr? Obviously, the one that didnt exist. I didnt call her a liar. (Restraint.)At corporate, you have to know the name of the people in customer service to connect with one of them. My remaining moves are here and causing a s-storm over social media.Really? This is who you are?(PSI was in the military AND worked in Inmate Reception in a major jailso I know LOTS of other words. Just sayin.)Review fromEs S

1 starSHAME!!!!This urgent care, not deserve even one Star!Today I was really sick and I went to this urgent care and receptionist who has name *** *. after three hours waiting finally she called me. I thought maybe it's my turn to see a doctor. But she asked me for co-pay and $90 Extra as deductible. I told her I never paid any deductible for my urgent care, but she just waiting to charge me I asked her if I could pay for my co-pay and she bill me for deductible. She said NOOO!! we have to to get all money that it shows in our End. She said this is OUR POLICY and if you cannot pay, the doctor cannot see you!!! can you imagine!!! Right after that, I called to my insurance and representative from Insurance told me, I only need to pay only for my co-pay!!! I gave my phone to Urgent care lady (*** *.)and she talked with ************* and at the end she told my insurance sorry NO it's our policy and the lady from Insurance told me that I don't need to pay for deductible. After several hours waiting with my very bad Chill that I had. She refused me to see a doctor!! I was totally shocked and sick and disappointed ! this Urgent care only needs your money, and they DON'T CARE about your health at all!! I left this urgent care very sick and I went to the other urgent care. They treat me with a lot of respect and no extra charges! I will never be back to exer urgent care !!!Review fromSusan L

1 starTerrible patient CARE!! Their soft ware doesn't work at all. Every time a patient has to go fill out the same information. In addition, patient care is compromised as the doctors do not have access to patients' records as the soft ware that Exer supplied is not reliable and works intermittently.I would give no stars but have to select one star.Review fromAnna S

1 starUnacceptable and unprofessionalI wouldnt recommend this location.I visited Exer Urgent Care in ******** for pre-op clearance, expecting both blood work and an EKG, which I was quoted $395 for over the phone. After a 1.5-hour drive, the doctor and EKG was done pretty fast, but then I kept waiting and waiting for the blood work but no one was coming. I was sitting in a cold, cramped room for a long time and I was starting to get claustrophobic, the reason why I kept opening my door. However, every time I opened the door, the front desk assistant would come and rudely shot my door instead of offering help, explanation or asking me if I needed anything. When I asked for updates, she instructed her colleague, in my presence, to just give her the form and send her to the lab without acknowledging me directly. I was shocked to learn that I would need to go to an entirely separate lab for the blood work. When I expressed my frustration, she responded by telling me to go inside and close your door, again in an unnecessarily rude tone. When I told her that I was informed by phone that both tests could be done on-site, she acted surprised, asking, Who did you speak with? Needless to say, I came home that day without getting my bloodwork done, extremely frustrated for the wasted time and effort. Unacceptable and unprofessionalI wouldnt recommend this location.Review fromleslie h

1 starwas at the la *************, today 7/09/24 .. had gone when they first opened in 22. for ear wax issue. wait times were ok. doctors were very helpful too. but not today.. close to 2 hrs with only 4 other patients in the waiting area. after seeing the doctor i had to wait another 15 -20 min. when no one came to flush out my ears i left. Urgent does not deserve to be in there name. another case of poor management. not enough staff to service even 4 patients.Review fromFred S

1 starI went to the exer facility in ********, ** on 4/11/23. In June 2024, I received a statement for the April 2023 visit. Not only did exer take over a year to bill me for a balance due for the brief visit, exer also said the amount was past due. On what planet does exer's inability to bill me for more than a year after a visit constitute a late payment on my part? When I called to question the bill and why I was just receiving it, the incredibly rude agent flippantly replied that it was exer's prerogative to send a bill when they wanted and that they were within the law to bill a patient whenever they wanted. I also reached out to exer via their exerpayments portal twice regarding this issue and, while they state in writing that someone will contact me within 24 hours, I have never received a response to my valid billing concerns.Review fromClaire P

1 starThis was the worst experience with medicine I ever had. I visited the ****************** location on 6/14 and was diagnosed with a calf strain. On 6/14 I learned my prescription was not at my pharmacy. I called the *************** on 6/15 and was told it was at a pharmacy that was closed until Monday. On Monday (6/17) I went to the pharmacy and was told there was no prescription for me. We returned to the office on 6/17 and were told that in fact my prescription was never sent. This is very ironic considering I asked for a receipt on 6/14 and was told it was all done electronically. The front desk person told me that the person who diagnosed me was not in and I would have to wait for her to come back. Apparently there was not a schedule for her to check for when she would be in?I recommend that nobody trust Exer with my medical needs again.Review fromShannon S

1 starMy daughter went into Exer Urgent Care Westlake Village location on January 28th. She was on a trial medication and started to have severe side effects like vomiting and weakness. She told the assistant that she had a prescription for Zofran for nausea, but it didn't work. She was told by the front desk assistant to go Emergency Room because the providers didn't prescribe any other medication than Zofran for nausea and gave her a tough time checking in. She tried to refuse her medical treatment. After having that unpleasant experience while you are not feeling well and seeking treatment, she finally agreed to check in. She called me in tears and had to leave work and go there to find out what was going on. She was rude and said she didn't want to argue with us. She is checked in and will be seen by a provider. She was there because she wasn't feeling well and had a really hard time given by the front desk assistant to be approved if she qualifies the criteria to be seen by a provider.Review fromHJ Cho

1 starThis is the worst urgent care place. On July 1, 2022 I walked into Exer Urgent Care in Culver City to get my TB test done for my work. My TB test was done around 2 pm and I told the nurse who did my TB test that I will be back on Monday, July 4th 2022. The nurse informed that I could come back on Monday before 2 pm. The nurse NEVER EVER told me that all Exer Urgent Care will be closed on Monday. This place is called Urgent Care and they told the customers that they open 7 days a week. Today I went there around 10 am and found out they are closed. I called other urgent care locations in West LA and all other urgent care facilities are open except Exer Urgent Care.
Other urgent care facilities told me that they cannot do a follow up paperwork regarding my TB test reading because it is a different urgent care facility. So I tried to be connected to Virtual Exer Care online and I can see that ******** is available to assist me online. I've been waiting for 2 hours and no luck. This is the worst urgent care ever and trying to get just $$$ from customers.
I was willing to drive to other Exer Urgent Care locations today but ALL Exer Urgent Cares are closed today. However, other company urgent cares are OPEN today.
