I pay for a subscription service with Square Enix where I pay $14.99 per month to get access to their online game. They recently have released an expansion to this game which has caused a huge surge in the number of players. This surge has brought their system to capacity apparently which has affected the ability of thousands of paying customers to log-in. The company has not been transparent on a solution or an ETA as to how long this will last let alone any compensation. It's clear that the company failed to prepare for this and was negligent in responding with a solution. This is clearly not acceptable in this day and age. I want either a billing adjustment or equivalent compensation. In addition to a public apology from their executive team and a solution to this issue going forwardBusiness response

I purchased one of their games brand new in the plastic sealed package from Walmart for $70 and there was NO disc. Walmart won't refund me because it was a "manufacturing issue" and they refuse to take any responsibility! I've even offered to give them the special code that was included in the game case so they can narrow down when and how this blatant quality control issue happened and they refuse to help me!Business response

Purchased promotion cards for FF14. Square Enix Game Masters refuse to honor the codes. Two codes were used on the same account when that was not suppose to happen and we have tried working with the Game Masters for several months with no success. We only wanted them to remove the additional code from the same account and provide us with a new code, because they claim they cannot transfer codes from one account to another. payed for A collectable, it was sent to the wrong street, wrong city, wrong state. Filled out A complaint ticket and they emailed me saying to fill out A complaint ticket. Company is refusing to reimburse me, they're crooked.Business response
